Alonti Cafe & Catering

This was ordered by the company where I work. You would think beggars can't be choosers, but I can! First the sandwich was dry. No mayo, no mustard, just marble rye bread. I understand that some are mustard people, mayo people or even ketchup people, but at least give the people a selection of little packets. Oh yeah, that green stuff is the fresh lettuce. Now for the chips and the deserts. A peanut butter cookie (which a lot of people are allergic to). And "really I mean really!"Salt and Vinegar chips??? A salty vinegar tasting chip! I guess to each his own, but not me. It's like they put together all of the things that don't sell very well.

Our go to spot for all of our doctors appointments. The food here is always so yummy and the staff is so friendly!! Love it here!

Had Alonti catered at work today and it was really yummy! I had the tinga chicken power bowl. Highly recommend! My meal was nourishing and delicious.

My school has been ordering box lunches from Alonti for our staff and other occasions for the last year. This Christmas, not having the option of having a Christmas potluck celebration, the administration decided to treat the staff to a Covid approved box lunch. Alonti delivered in all aspects. As usual, the meal was delicious! Thanks Alonti!

Thank you, John Collins, for assisting me with lunch catering for an office meeting today!!! :) With only three hours away, you were able to meet my delivery time request. Delivery person was also kind and very helpful. I'll keep y'all in mind for future meetings! :)

Love Alonti's! Hands down my favorite lunch spot in the medical center! Salads are amazing and fresh. They will make personalized salads when you order at the sandwhich station (I.e. I always request extra avacado on my Cobb). Their Mac N Cheese takes the win!!! If they have it, I have to get it. Almost as good as my homemade smoked mac just saves me the time and effort. Warning: mac n cheese is seasonal!!!! Today is the first time They've made it since last spring/summer.Sandwiches are delicious as well. Never there in time to try breakfast.

** 3.75 Stars **Definitely one of the better convenient "In hospital" restaurants to try out when you are either stuck at work or just visiting your Methodist Doc. It's located in the Smith Tower on the 2nd (Crosswalk) level. Come early for breakfast if you crave some savory biscuits, croissants, fruit parfaits, hot oatmeal, breakfast tacos, smoothies or muffins. Now, come for lunch and choose any of their tasty sandwiches, gourmet salads, gourmet build your own salad bar, several pastas or lasagna. They also have a hot food line that changes daily that always features main entrees, veggies, dessert and 3 soups. Since this place can get super busy and crowed, I recommend if you are in a hurry, snag one of their pre-made salad or sandwiches. Or if you have a sweet tooth, they offer several brownies, cookies, cakes and other sugary goodnesses. I normally always opt for my toasted California Club on wheat. Yes, the sandwich alone will run you about $7 but it's filling and I can make 2 meals out of it when I'm pulling a long shift. One of their most popular dishes is their Super creamy and rich Tequila Chicken pasta; always see the nurses grubbing on it = )

My sandwich was great, got the Cali Club which had a lot of meat and fresh veggies including avocado, and crispy bacon on a soft ciabatta roll. The salads and other grab and go items were good size and high quality also.

We had a meeting lunch so I ordered the chicken shawarma and it's the worse I have eaten so far.1st the chicken was pilling up to the top and when 1/2 way of the shawarma there wasn't any chicken at all. Don't know why they don't spreading the chicken out evenly and why so cheap on the chicken portion.The pita bread is old and you can tell.The whole combination of it didn't go well together. Anyhow let's just say the whole experience is horrible. Last time we had them cater was also bad.Maybe it's time not to use the service anymore.

The food was wonderful! Ordered 10 meals from the Medical Center Alonti's for a meeting. The delivery was on time and everything ordered was there. I belong to a tax exempt facility but the receipt didn't reflect that. Emailed Alonti and within 10 minutes they had responded, removed the taxes and sent a revised invoice. I would refer Alonti to anyone. A really great experience!
