Very disappointed, my regular bartender Edgar was not here , he was very attentive and. Knew our drinks , the server May Lin was not attentive, can you please get Edgar back . I'm a regular customer and I always bring all my family and friends, we would like to have him back .

This place is getting worst. Nothing compared to a few years ago.. I'm not sure if I got a taco, a quesadilla or just a tortilla. mejor no me uvieran dado nada

Ordered 1 beef fajita taco w/ avocado, pico & white cheese (comes w/ only lettuce/tomato.. I chose option 2 on DoorDash) also a small queso & chips! All was correct & yummy

I visit every Wednesday and it gets better every time and with a friendly staff it makes it even better!

Went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The table we sat down at ended up having dripping water from the ceiling falling down where our plates would be. Moved to another table. Asked for chips & queso. It never came. Our breakfast plates came and looked delicious. We asked for chips and were at first told that they didn't have any. Then another person told us that they would be an extra charge since it was breakfast time. We saw other tables getting chips after they were seated. Tried to explain this to the gentleman when paging, but he didn't seem interested or even like he cared. Food was good, but everything else seemed iffy.

Ordene algo muy basico, burrito sin crema, llega y hay crema. La comida esta buena, solo cometen errores y ya van muchas veces.

We walked in and we did not felt welcomed. Staff was a bit rude. Saw them serving alcohol to someone who was not even 18. The shows they have are funny loved the environment the entertainers make. Staff however need some improvement. The food is very ok. Would go again just for the shows!

Lots of changes from what it used to be Prices went up .... the service was still friendly .I didn't like that our food was brought out in sections and not all together and then waited for tortillas for what seemed like 10 mins before we can start to eat.Not enough pico, rice and beans for the price we paid

I recently came here and was very disappointed about the service that my usual bartender Edgar gave me., I was very disappointed because he was very attentive to me and my family every time I came here , the service and the drinks was not the same , a lot of changes happen and I hope that Alma la time brings him back , the waitress that was here was not attentive she did not pay attention to us, I wish they could bring back the service that they use to have .

Todays bill left a bad taste in my mouth. We were a party of 4 with an infant (not 6 guest). The server said anything over $100 gets gratuity "per the manager". Well the tab was less than that before adding gratuity. I normally tip 15% or more but to do that on their own is not okay. How many others has this happened to? I've been going to Alma Latina since I was in middle school. This WAS one of my go to places. Super sad
