How do you get here??? Impossible to find. Some directions would be helpful - circled the area five times and gave up...Update: this business is closed, but another coffee biz called Blackwater has moved into the space on the second floor of the building (enter at chase bank).

I found this today. Best cortado ever. Definitely worth the slight challenge to find. Hidden treasure. You can enter the second floor of Methodist, from Fannin side doors take the elevator.

Very cute coffee shop within the Houston Methodist hospital, perfect for when you need to treat yourself after a long day. It's conveniently located across from the pharmacy. Try the honey and lavender drink! Employees are super nice and get your drink to you as fast as possible.

My favorite afternoon pick me up spot. The coffee is SO good. I've tried a number of drinks here and they have been all perfect. I would actually prefer this over Starbucks. It's stronger and smoother. It's a small shop - perfect to just drop in and grab a coffee. Staff is always friendly and fast!

Are you sick and tired of Starbucks burnt bean flavor? Stuck in the Med center for work/visitin/etc? Then y'all need to get your coffee from here. Their beans are locally roasted. Customer service is top notch and the coffee is delicious. Came in for a office breakfast and asked for a larger than normal order. They turned it out in Starbucks time with just two girls there! Was impressive. They have kolaches, pastries, and all the coffees that are in the current craze. Yep talking to all you pumpkin spice nerds. Anyway, fair prices. Good customer service. And delicious coffee. Yes please. I'll be back!

My favorite coffee spot in the medical center. They make their coffee with love and it's so smooth. I get the flat white with coconut milk and cinnamon. The coffee shop is tucked away next to a gift shop and Murphy's deli. It Is on the second floor tunnels close to Walgreens and Marriott bear the smith and Sculock towers. It's small but mighty. They handle lines very well, so don't get nervous if you see a few people in line.

Customer service is appalling. This was my first time as a customer so I was eager to find out what muffins they had as the muffins were not labelled. Lady on the counter looks at me with a rude stare and starts naming them irately.I then completed my purchase and she rang me up on the counter. I tried to leave a tip on my card even if she was rude because its a pandemic and all and everyone could use a little kidness but I accidentally pressed the cash option. I didn't know what to press as she left me on the counter to figure it out by myself. She then got annoyed with me and started tapping on the screen vigorously and started shaking her head. She asked her co-worker for help because she couldn't figure it out for herself, yet had the audacity to leave me by myself to press the payment options. Both employees couldn't figure it out initially but eventually they were able to ring me up. I still left a tip anyways for the trouble they have caused and apologized but they were both silent and had no accountability for leaving a customer to fend for herself and ring herself up. Needless to say, I will NOT be back due to this poor first encounter and initial impression. There's a French Corner a few steps away anyways where they are welcoming. As a healthcare worker trying to get a small break from the chaos by enjoying a small snack, this was not the encounter I deserved. So disappointing

The best espresso in the Medical Center. The espresso isn't bitter and has a "heavier" feel to it. I've been satisfied with all of the drink I've had here. I recommend the mocha latte- it's excellent without being overly sweet.
