Been hankering to try this place out for a while and I very much enjoyed it. The place is huge but was practically empty when we arrived. I noticed right away the seasoned grilled items in the presentation glass. The ambiance wasn't much but better than most desi joints. We ordered two samosas to start, Chicken Tikka Platter, Butter Chicken, and a Kabob roll. I like that the platter comes with rice and naan rather than ordering those seperately. The Chicken tikka was a bit of a puny piece but it had nice spice. The Butter Chicken was also really good and the Paratha Kabob roll was huge. Bigger than I've seen at most places that serve them. Price came out to 22 dollars and filled me and my family up. Will definitely come again if I'm in the mood.

It hurts to give them just two stars but after several visits it's just not up to par with the few good pakistani kabab joints in Houston. Thier kababs are spicy but the spice just masks the lack of flavor in the meat and it's quality. The haleem was such a major disappointment, not nearly enough meat in there and what was horrendous was the clumps of spices that weren't dissolved fully in the curry. Rendered it nearly inedible. The saving grace is the naan but it's pointless if there is nothing worthy to eat it with! It's a huge restaurant and they do have somewhat of a cult following. I sincerely don't get it.

I've been a regular here for awhile now, the naan is amazing, it's fluffy and also big. The butter chicken is perfect, not too spicy. This is a hidden gem, everyone should come check this place out.

I have ordered food from Al Kabob regularly for the past five years; however, this restaurant now moved to a new location and joined a different restaurant. I tried to order my usual (beef behari, chicken korma, and naan), but they don't sell the chicken korma anymore, so I had to get the chicken karahi. Everything tasted average and the naan was very dry. I don't know if this is due to moving to a new location, but this was really disappointing, as this was my family's go to spot.

Been here a handful of times each time trying something new. I've come to the conclusion that the grilled items are consistently good but the curries are on the watery side. The plates are nice but in my opinion you don't need both rice and naan. The paratha roll was amazing one day and the next time was off. The daal and haleem were very watery. This place is a hit or miss, somedays it's good and other times it could be better.

Great service. The owner is often at the register and will gladly recommend a dish based on your ability to handle heat. The food is delicious. It definitely has a home made feel. The naan is fresh and a strongpoint for the meal. I would happily recommend this to all my loyal Yelp followers.

Nope! I am so disappointed in this place! I am returning based on past experiences that were good but this time I think they served either dog food or left over kabobs! I will attach a picture for you to see. Never again will I give my business to this place. What a shame! $6.00 for a "ground beef kabob" that literally looks like poop. Disgusting and very disappointing.

Owner is very nice. Samosa is bit bland and oily. The naan is big and smells so good. The chapli is alright but the flavor is off. It's edible, but I wouldn't recommend it.
