One of my favorite hot pot joints in the Denver Metro area. They have quality ingredients, the mala broth is nice and spicy, and the staff is always welcoming to my family. Can't recommend this place enough.

As an experienced hot pot eater... This place was not it. Some for minor reasons, but my biggest gripe was that it felt unsanitary. Cons: I ordered some vegetables and it came out in a tiny basket. Mid-meal, I went to reach to grab more veggies to put in my hotpot, and 2 flies crawled and flew out of my basket of veggies. I was completely creeped and grossed out and kinda ruined the whole experience after that. I would have given this place 3 stars if it wasn't for that.Other minor cons- they don't provide ladles to scoop out the stuff out of your soup. The sauce bowls were not even neatly stacked.... Just like a pile of bowls. Idk. Just feels like they aren't even trying at this point. They also never refilled our broth even though our pots were more than halfway empty. I got their bone broth with corn and it was literally just some bone broth with a piece of corn in it lol. It was not super impressive. No aromatics in the broth or anything.Pros: fatty beef (brisket) and other meats seemed pretty decent quality for AYCE. Most other places also give you worse and worse quality as you keep eating but I don't feel like they did that. Their water cups were insulated, which kept your drink from getting hot next to all the steam. My favorite part was they give you blue bunny ice cream cups at the end haha. When they offered free ice cream I thought it was going to be the typical soft serve. so that was nice.As far as the service went- the place was pretty empty so we were taken care of pretty well. They gave us a menu to fill out at the very beginning and then never offered it to us again and just asked if we wanted more stuffThe price, I would say, was worth it, if it weren't for the fact of all the cons said above (esp the flies that were flying around).

The best thing about this place is probs the price. $23.99 for weekend dinner is pretty much unmatched in any city. BUT that being said, orders that came out was only like 80% accurate. For example we got meatballs which we didn't order and never got 2 other orders that we did put in. On top of that the spicy broth tasted like all it had was peppers. Spice but no depth or seasoning/savory-ness to it. My friend also thought the pork and beef bone broth wasn't that flavorful and a bit watery. The sauce bar didn't have a ton of options or fruit. And the fatty beef meats were cut kinda small making it hard to cook and grab back out. You also would have to keep ordering the beef more often. Some of the veggies weren't that fresh and the beef tripe... don't get me started on it. Just don't get it. And if you order clams. They're huge and take forever to cook just a heads up. Staff was nice and food came out quickly. There was decent variety in the menu. I think if they stepped up their broth game and freshness of some dishes it would be a lot better.

This was my first hot pot experience and I was not disappointed. The price was great ($23.99 for adults) at any time of day for all you can eat with a wide range of options of proteins including meat, seafood and tofu, veggies and noodles to choose from and even an ice cream for dessert. You mark you order on a paper and they will bring your entire order within minutes. They have a few different base broths and a sauce bar with diverse toppings/sauces. If you don't want the spicy broth but do want some spice, you can ask for a side of spicy sauce so you can add as much or as little spice as you like. You boil your food at your table with your individual burner. There are some 4 person benches and some long tables. They are quick to refill water as well as your broths. The only issue we ran into a few times was the burner turning off on it own but staff were quick to fix it for us each time. Parking is not an issue as it is in a large strip mall with lots of parking. We went at 3pm on a Saturday and we're able to get a booth but by 5pm it was filling up so reservations likely recommended for peak times.

The food was good and all you can eat. You check options on a paper and they get served to you almost immediately. By the time our first round was finishing up, they came around to get the order for our second round of food. The spicy soup with pork belly was really good, probably my favorite combination. I have only been to conveyor belt hot pot before this, but they don't have any in the Denver area. This had just as many options and just as fast so I was not disappointed. They also gave complimentary ice cream at the end. Will definitely be my go-to hot pot in the Denver area.

I have been wanting to try hot pot for a long time, my wife swears by this restaurant so I had to try it. When you walk in it's very large and open. It's a great place to have big parties but it gets packed fast so you might wait a while. The menu was a little confusing as a newbie to hot pot but my wife recommended the spicy broth and ordered a bunch of protein and noodle options. The broth was amazing it had such great flavor and with all the protein in it I was very pleased. Service was great, all the servers loved our 9 month old son and kept coming by to play with him and check on us. I am excited to come back and try this place again and mix up other ingredients. If you want some great hot pot this location needs to be on your bucket list!

Aki doesn't have the freshest items like other spots in town, but the service and ambience is always the best. It's kind of like your neighborhood bar where you walk in and everyone knows your name type of vibe. It also is the most affordable and they charge kids by their age vs. other establishments who charge an insane amount. It's definitely a good spot to introduce 1st timers since it doesn't break the bank. The cherry on top is the ice cream that comes at the end!

Delicious hot pot with a great variety of proteins and vegetables. The staff were great, and accommodating. It can get a bit crowded but can you blame them when the food is this good?!Came here late on a Saturday night and was a bit surprised that they were willing to seat us inside an hour till closing. But they were very friendly and happily gave us the next open table. They were quick to serve and throughout never really felt a lot of pressure despite the looming closing time and even after closing. The broth was delicious, though I offer a word of caution, hot and spicy is true the word! It packs a punch! The meats and vegetable quality was very good, everything was tasty and came in sufficient quantity. There's a sauce making bar, which was great for personalizing your flavor(s).Overall, this was a great experience. It can get busy so be prepared for a bit of a wait, but as I mentioned the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They'll make sure you leave with a full and happy belly; maybe a bit too full =D

Tiktok find!I went here with my sister for my birthday celebration! She had never had hot pot before so i was excited to show her what it was all about :) This was different than the hot pot I'd been to so it was a fun experience for me too. This place shares a parking lot with a lot of other stores so great parking :) It centered close in the middle of the building. It's all you can eat! They have a sauce station to customize your hot pot :) You order off the sheet they hand you and then if you want a refile you have to ask. They have plenty of meat, seafood, and veggie options. I also thought they had a nice variety of noodles. The staff was very attentive and cleared empty plates quickly. Always asked if there was something else they could bring us while they cleared the plates. They do offer ice cream. Individual cups of vanilla or strawberry. Maybe chocolate but I wasn't sure.I would highly recommend going with friends and getting a reservation. We got there right before the rush and got seated right away.

An oldie but goodie, this remains our go to spot for hot pot in Aurora. The staff are quick and efficient and the food is on par with all the newer places in the area. An added bonus is they are about $5 cheaper per person than their competition (they just have slightly fewer seafood options). Give this place a try if you haven't been before or if it's been a while since you've tried it.
