Agave Mexican Restaurant & Bar

We came here based on the reviews and rating. We were seated quickly and our waitress took very little time to get our order. She was friendly and attentive. Our food arrived quickly and was very delicious and plentiful. We had the taco salad, I had the chicken and my husband had the beef.

The food was good, but the service was not up to par. Perhaps, we'll try lunch, maybe then, things would be favorable.

This restaurant is hit or miss. The last time I went, the chips were tasteless. The service was good. The food was good, the amount of food with Skippy. I have no desire to go back.

We stopped on our way back to Houston and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The waitress/staff were friendly and attentive and our food was fantastic. The Molcajete meal was beautifully served and my husband said it was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Real authentic Mexican food!! I'm from California and this place is authentic as it gets!! Great margaritas, good service, and GREAT food!! Highly recommend!!

We were looking for a Mexican restaurant on our way to Golden Nugget. I stumbled across this restaurant because of the ratings. Then because of the pictures! For such a small town to have a 4 1/2 star rating had to mean something! So glad we stopped! This will now be our go-to if in need of a meal!!We walked in and were seated immediately. It is a very long restaurant with a lot of windows! The waitress came right away for drink orders and chips and salsa. I like how each person gets their own bowl! That way you can season however you please. My husband adds a lot of salt and I do not. We got the cheese dip and had the option of white or yellow. Yellow for the hubby. It was hot and delicious and went great with the pickled jalapenos! I decided on a summer plate. I like this option because you get a little bit of everything!! Taco, chalupa, and queso chip with guacamole! My husband had the chicken enchiladas with enchilada sauce topped with fresh onions. It was a ton of food! I love when the rice has corn and carrots in it! The beans were really delicious, too! My BIL got the chimichanga and ate the entire thing!! It was packed full of grilled chicken and cheese! It looked amazing!! All in all, I would def recommend this place if you're looking for some good Mexican food!! Tons of options, big portions, and great customer service!! Great job guys!!

The server assistant was eating our chips as he was serving them to us. Then he proceeded to pick up my food and stuck his finger all over my corn tortillas saying I'm done when I wasn't then dropping the tortillas back on the table instead of getting me fresh corn tortillas that he just placed his fingers all over.

The Tex Mex food was the best we have had! We're from San Antonio so we know good Tex Mex and this was House made salsa & corn tortillas chips. We had white queso with fajita meat, Sizzling Pork Carnitas with very thin and tasty flour tortillas, Chicken Diablo and margaritas. It was all delicious!! And the Service was 5 by Maria! Do yourself a favor and go to this restaurant!!

Great fajitas!!!! They are also always very quick and very clean! It's our favorite Mexican restaurant in cleveland!
