So glad to see they had a vegan option available! The veggie dog was loaded with toppings and they even had ketchup and mustard available for customer use. It was very filling and the staff was so accommodating.

Customer service was not there. Employee was more interested in talking with one another than taking orders. The hot dog had flavor but it was cold. My Dallas dog plus slaw $12.84.

This place was OK. Nothing special but little expensive. I got a burger and a hotdog both and they were decent nothing once again like I said that I would ever go back for taste was subpar. Ambience was OK. It wasn't a restaurant it was just a place in the mall. Service service was fine. Put in your own order. Just come on out. It was very expensive for what I got though. Over 20 bucks for a hamburger and a hotdog.

This is really like 3.5 stars... We stopped in while at Navy Pier and it was good. It's fast food hot dogs so I can't really have anything to rave about but the Chicago Dogs were good and filling. Milkshakes were also good.

The fries were wilted and not crispy at all. I was so disappointed bc I was looking forward to enjoying fries w a hot dog. But the atmosphere was very nice bc it's Navy Pier and there are many vendors inside the Pier. You can enjoy ur rest do the food at the Pier. But if you like mushy fries it's all yours.

loved the amazing and flavorful surprise I found in something as simple as chili cheese fry's! The service was just delightful such nice folks. The ambiance was just gorgeous.

the flavor of this chichao dog was out of this world delectable really enjoyed the blends of flavors presented. the service was great and the ambiance was great.
