Best Happy Hour in Denver!Come for the wings but stay for everything else!I'd highly highly recommend the khao soi! As a Thai snob who has tried as many bowls of this I can get my hands on - this is the best bowl I've had in a long long time. (Pro tip is to order the karaage and add it in this divine soup). The punches of sour from the generous amount of pickled greens were everything my heart desired.Best bite of the night went to the Tom Kha dumplings! Incredible. If you get one thing, make sure it's this.Off the happy hour menu I'd recommend getting the potstickers, cucumbers, and shishitos with Brussels sprouts. The glass noodles were also fantastic!Everything was great and the price can't be beat. I will be coming here again soon. FYI you have to book the ping pong tables through the hostess. The ambience of this place is great. It is just loud so don't come here for an intimate time

Ace Eat Serve is an Asian fusion restaurant in the uptown neighborhood. It offers indoor, bar, and patio dining and spacious area for ping pong (for a $/hr charge). I was pleased with the happy hour menu- actually affordable prices. We ordered the tiger wings and potstickers. The potstickers were average but the unique tangy ginger mustard sauce made them better. The tiger wings had great crispy coating and flavor, but they were slightly over cooked as the meat was somewhat dry. Unfortunately we had some gooey fried bits included with our wings. I believe it was just floating bits of batter or something from the fryer soaked in the wing sauce, but it was off putting nonetheless. We also ordered cocktails off the happy hour menu as it offered frozen cocktail options for $5! The margarita was great, and the Rising Sun was good but not as good. The Rising Sun is basically an orange creamsicle/push pop slushy drink.I was mostly disappointed with the entrees we ordered. We ordered the beef lo mein ($24) and the beef and broccoli ($22). Both entrees were disappointing especially for the price. I think the biggest complaint is they were both pretty bland and flavorless. We were able to somewhat enhance flavor with chili oil. The beef in the beef and broccoli was generally tender. However, the meat's appearance was not appetizing and was sliced in too large of pieces to eat easily with chop sticks. I don't know if it was a one-off but would rate the lo mein at Panda Express better. The lo mein also was off putting because of the color and texture of the noodles, and the dish was watery. For atmosphere, I felt like it was inconsistent, and there was a disconnect with the food prices (regular menu) and the dining setting. Simply put, if I am paying $20+ for entrees, I don't want to be eating off of cheap plastic plates and have grungy dirty concrete floor. I dined on the covered patio so perhaps that is why the conditions were more rough, but it felt more like a dive bar atmosphere with fine dining prices. It seemed like Ace Eat Serve hadn't picked a single lane to go down to be consistent on interior design, dining ware, aesthetics, general atmosphere, etc. The restaurant charges a 4% back of house tax/fee. This is a personal pet peeve of mine, but it's just emphasizes the fact this place is overpriced in my opinion. Seems like if you charge customers $20+ for marginal entrees, you can pay your employees with that?Despite my other areas of disappointment, service on this visit was solid. The server was Nicholas S. I believe he said he was new but he was very personable, responsive, and friendly.

When you have ping-pong with some of the best cocktails and customer service in town, except with one of the best vibes in Colorado. We came here on a whim and decided to try a healthy selection from the menu. While we were waiting, we took a tour of this amazing uptown spot. They have Peking Duck 2 nights a week and BEER PONG!!!Halfway through our dinner the entire staff came through to help all of the patio patrons find inside seating due to a spontaneous rainstorm. It was very impressive. The cocktails were delicious and served quickly. I would go just for signature cocktails, honestly. I had a Thai Me Up and it was refreshing and flavorful. We had an assortment of appetizers. I recommend the wings, excellent sauces and size. I also recommend the pork belly bao buns. The pork potstickers were OK. And I definitely recommend against the tuna tartare spring rolls. The texture takes some getting used to and they're just not seasoned. They need a sauce or something in the tartare that would add to the experience. Both the chicken pot and the stuffed fish were amazing.... that Seabass was divine. It was probably one of the best dishes I've had in a long time in flavor texture, and it was just delightful. At the end, we got the s'mores platter. You get to cook your own s'mores at your table. It was homemade marshmallows, a chocolate cream, and some graham cracker cookies that were crispy and divine.. Definitely added an element of fun and went with the whole ping-pong ambience. On a whole, I would absolutely visit this place again. I am super happy that I stopped by and have no idea why this was my first time. But I'm already trying to get my friends at work together to go do beer pong soon!

Disappointed at this place and their strange Asian fusion menu. Although recommended by our Airbnb host, I saw the reviews here and was reluctant to try it. Should have listened to that instinct. Server Zeke was very outgoing when greeting us but not very effective at actually providing service to our table. He disappeared for very long periods of time and was not looking our way when he was visible. I had to flag down other servers for our needs. It was not a busy night, we go at 4pm for Happy Hour, so what's the excuse?Server knew we were there specifically to order happy hour drinks and snacks, but stuck me with the bill for a non-happy hour $14 hot sake because he failed to clarify my drink order when there was only cold sake offered on the happy hour menu (it doesn't say cold or hot). Frankly, for $5 I would have much preferred the cold sake and could have asked them to heat it up in the microwave like many places. But he didn't ask! Padding the bill or just careless? Who knows. We started with edamame, standard steamed salted preparation, $6. Then we tried the shrimp wontons (short on shrimp and flavor, with an odd sweet sauce). Finally the sweet salty sticky tiger wings and a side of rice. Wings were good, a 4 piece portion of good sized wings. The entree choices were limited and had a lot of wheat noodles which doesn't work for me. But the priority here is clearly the drinks and the ping pong tables, and not the service or the food. I was so unhappy with my whole experience, I took no pictures and we left still hungry having spent $45 on one drink and three tiny plates. Sorry, won't be back next time we are in Denver.

This is an absolute must try! Very unique place off 17th Ave that offers ping pong and amazing food. The restaurant is uniquely designed and has a great atmosphere. I didn't take a picture of all of our food but I think we ordered almost half the menu. Some things not pictured are the tiger wings, crisp chili pickles cucumbers, edamame, chicken karrage bao, pork potstickers, and chicken fried rice. The lo mein and chicken karrage bao were my favorite but the wings gave them a run for their money. Our server was kind and helpful and made great recommendations. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

I had no idea Ace Eat Serve specialized in Asian cuisine! I planned a triple date here on a weekday evening, eating dinner in the restaurant area first, then taking advantage of the 2 hours of pong time that came with our reservation. Happy Hour prices are amazing. I wasn't impressed with any of the fried food (most of the menu) but full-sized ramen for $11 is a steal. Worth coming for that. I got the Spicy Pork Ramen, while my partner ordered the Khao Soi.The cocktails were tasty (sooo many options!) all of which we enjoyed while taking turns on the ping pong table. The tables were spaced out plenty, and I loved exploring the Lucky Cat Lounge when I wasn't playing. I also found it amusing that all the messed-up balls were crammed into the walls. Great vibes and obviously perfect for personal and corporate parties. Parking wasn't bad. Service is great. Definitely coming back at some point.

So the menu is Asian themed. I was unaware so be aware lol. I was hoping for more dumpling choices but I think they only had 3 or 4 :(. My table ordered the chicken wings which wher five dollars. I think Tuesday night is the night where everything is five bucks basically . The shrimp wontons err yummy and the fortune cookies were a good ending to the night. **** This was my first time in here, and immediately as a single person, I was kind of blown away at the people that were in there, and the assumption of how great their happy hour is. A lot of hot people lol and inexpensive drinks. The place just looks hopping. I cannot wait to check out a happy hour here because this might be my new spot.

3.5 stars, rounded up to 4 for always friendly service. I've now been here for brunch, happy hour, and dinner, and I think I enjoy Ace Eat Serve in that order. Most items on the brunch menu were enjoyable and they had a variety of beverages. I would say the biggest let down was their Japanese soufflé pancakes because they weren't light and airy at all, but maybe that's just very hard to make in high altitude, I have no clue. Happy hour is always a fun vibe here. None of their cocktails really stand out to me of the various ones I've tried, so I'd stick with beer or whichever whiskey of the week they're using for their $5.95 old fashioneds - those are a steal!I think dinner has a lot of potential but maybe they need to work on some fine tuning and nomenclature of the dishes. Some highlights were the Tiger Wings (good texture, slightly heavy handed on the fish sauce), XLBs (skin was a little thick, but again it may be a high altitude cooking/baking thing), and the entertainment value of the peking duck that was carved table-side (more on that later). Shrimp wontons were okay, and the wagyu dan dan noodles were a straight up miss - you can't call a dish dan dan noodles if you're using flat rice noodles. I think they would have positioned the dish better calling it a beef pad see ew or a beef chow fun. Also sometimes less is more - we don't need cherry tomatoes in it no matter what you want to call this Asian beef noodle dish. There was also nothing "wagyu" about the beef slices. Okay the Peking duck: you have to set your expectations right - this is a fusion restaurant in Denver after all. They only serve 6 each night on Thursdays and Sundays, so it's highly suggested you pre order it. I would say the duck was tasty and overall an enjoyable dish. Only found a few pieces of skin that were crispy, wish there were more. For $73, it would have been fun if they took the remaining duck carcass and made a congee/soup out of it for the table, like many more traditional peking duck places do. I feel like most of the accoutrements that came with the duck (which I found annoying that our server called "banchan" - wrong Asian cuisine lol, and these are not even banchan) didn't go well with the duck besides just the regular hoisin. Why are there pickled bell peppers or five spice sugar? Again less is more in this case. We ordered Turon for dessert, which is traditionally a Filipino sweet eggroll with plantains inside. The texture and overall flavor were actually pretty spot on, and may have been a perfect dish if they used plantains instead of regular bananas. The two Filipinos in our group approved of it.

Finally gave Ace Eat Serve another try! We were able to snag a speciality they have -- Peking Duck (You have to reserve it before hand and its around $70 dollars). It should comfortably serve 2-4 people with the addition of apps or an entree! It also comes with some crepes and some condiments. One of their recommendations is to try the duck skin with the sugar mix they included, very interesting combo! Some other items we picked to try: Spicy Pork Ramen - absolutely delicious, has a spicy kick to it but flavorful! Beef Pho Xiao Long Bao - Tasted like a flavorful pho! I would get again but it comes with 4 at the price of $16 Lucky Dragon Wings - Yum! Our favorite out of the two wings we tried. It is covered with a chili sauce and some sesame seeds. Has a nice zing to it! Tiger Wings - Sweet & Salty sauce, it was alright. Wagyu Dan Dan Noodles - Noodles were excellent and wagyu beef was tender! I felt that the last visit's version was better.Drinks were so much better this time, I got an urban peak blackberry fizz! You could barely taste the vodka but can feel it slightly. Service was good!
