Food: excellent! Spring rolls were yummy, not homemade but better than some places. Side order of fried Lo Mein noodles was very yummy! I really enjoyed them. The kung pao chicken was our most favorite dish we ordered. Normally this is not an exciting dish to order because every restaurant has this however the chicken meat was moist and savory. The heat was just enough to know it was present and not too much overkill of peanuts. Very well done. I ordered the beef dry pot which was very yummy and I enjoyed it but there was one seasoning that I didn't care for but could tolerate. Not sure what it was but I may not order it again. I just enjoyed the chicken kung pao better. Sweet tea was okay and fine. My hubby really enjoyed his sweet and sour soup, #2 ranking in his mind of all the places we've been. Service- was quick but she forgot us after all the food was served. The appetizer was served ahead of the main dish instead of all together which was nice. Usually in Asian places it gets served all at once which is annoying. Menu had lots of options. Different food types clearly grouped together- beef/ lamb, chicken, seafood, noodles, Korean, spicy dishes clearly marked. etc dishes. No sushi no pad tai options, just FYI. Wish they had more pictures. Atmosphere- we arrived at 11:45a on a Sunday. Restaurant started filling up. Got a comfy booth. Overall, we will definitely be back as we really enjoyed the quality of food.

We came back during a busy time. Had excellent service despite the busyness! The food is always on point, and the ambiance felt family friendly.

Stopped by for a family dinner on a busy Saturday night. Average to slightly above average restaurant. A smorgasbord of various Asian cuisines, mostly dominated by Chinese (Szechuan or Northern Chinese and definitely not Cantonese/Hong Kong). A handful of Japanese noodles (not sushi) and Korean dishes. Staff speaks Mandarin. Service like many Asian restaurants in the area was lacking with limited staff. The standout dishes were double cooked pork, stir fried class noodles with shredded pork, beef belly stewed noodle soup and basil clams. The poor/average dishes were steamed chicken with chilli sauce (basically a chicken leg chopped up), sweet sour live whole fish (this dish took forever and looked better than it tasted, limited fish meat), mixed seafood pot (basically a soup with corn starch vs a sizzling pot).Dishes were fairly sized. Generally most dishes were too salty and on the spicier side. Atmosphere is dark. Rice is included. Tea is $2/person. There are private rooms.

Atmosphere: Acacia Tree is a local Chinese spot that is great for a family-style meal. There is lots of seating inside, and it's never been too crowded when we've gone.Service: Our food has always come out quickly and piping hot!Food: We've tried their Spicy Thick Glass Noodle, Stir Fried Green Beans, Cumin Beef, Double Cooked Pork, Mapo Tofu, Lotus Root w/ Sweet and Sour Sauce, and Boiled Fish Fillet. All of the dishes have been great, but our favorites are definitely the Cumin Beef, Double Cooked Pork, and Stir Fried Green Beans. The Cumin Beef is mouth-watering and packed with flavor, the Double Cooked Pork is always cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the Stir Fried Green Beans adds a nice green balance to our meal. Overall: Acacia Tree serves some amazing authentic food in large portions for a great price. This has become a regular spot in our restaurant rotation!

This is the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. I came here with a large group of friends and tried multiple dishes from their menu. None were good. It was a disappointment. Here is a compilation of reviews from my friends which I validated..."Tso chicken and orange chicken tastes like air.""This is a COVID-19 simulation.""This is not Chinese food.""The best dish here was the steamed rice."Service was okay. Definitely will not be returning. Save your money and spare your taste buds. Go elsewhere.

Came here with my roommate and her family for the end-of-year meal. It was incredible, as always. They have the BEST free candy at the front which taste more fresh and like the real fruit than typical artificial fruity flavors. The service is wonderful and they are all so kind. The cold noodles were a highlight of our meal- great flavor and sooo jiggly. I love their popcorn chicken. It always takes a bit of time to come out but when it does, it's piping hot, shatteringly crispy, and has the most delightful seasoning powder for dipping. I get twice cooked pork (回锅肉) at every Chinese restaurant I can and it's great here too. I need to return ASAP.

This place probably has some of the most authentic Chinese food around. Walked in during dinner and I don't think I saw a single Caucasian patron in the place. They were all Asian. Their basic Chinese-American dishes are really good. Mongolian beef had so much flavor and the sesame chicken was also really good. Lightly breaded rather than the all breading and no meat like you often get. Service is friendly and fast. The dishes come out as it's ready and not all at once so be prepared. There's nothing to say about the ambiance as it's your typical dark Chinese restaurant. I need to go back with someone who can order some atypical dishes because things looked and smelled fabulous as they were on people's tables.

We had a feast here! First off the customer service is great. We arrived 30 mins prior to closing and didn't leave until 30 past closing. No one had an attitude about it. Granted I had called ahead and let them know. I'm very familiar with Chinese cuisine and was able to converse with the witness with what I wanted. Everyone else wasn't and they will more than happy to explain the menu items to everyone. Very patient staff for a group that was running past their closing time. The food is very authentic and great portions (we had leftover for days!). On top of that, reasonably priced. I let my in-laws try the duck and they said it was the best duck they ever had. I would say the duck is pretty fresh which is hard to find sometimes in North America. This is my in-laws favorite chinese restaurant and I can quickly see why. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I grew up with parents who owned a Chinese restaurant in Durham, NC; so I know a thing or 2 about good Chinese food! I discovered this restaurant on Instagram and wanted to surprise dad with a new restaurant, but he has already been to this establishment before.Y'all, when I entered the restaurant I could already spell the wonderful aromas from the kitchen. Tonight me and dad ordered the String beans, the salt & pepper pork ribs, and the cumin lamb! The string beans were 10/10, full of flavor!Salt & pepper pork ribs were crispy and delicious! The Cumin Lamb was tender and the best I have ever had! Audrey was our server and she was fantastic! She was patient and gave us some amazing recommendations! She was very friendly with her other customers and was very engaging with them.I 100% would recommend this place and it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Cary yet!

Food is pretty good and affordable here! I really love coming here for the glass noodle with mixed vegetables and chicken. Service can be a little slower during busy hours but staff is always friendly. The atmosphere was decent, the room is a bit dark but overall very spacious with nice booths. Overall, great place to come with friends to try the different dishes!
