Owner or the guy that works there whoever he is, is very unfriendly, very grouchy. And not welcoming, not even a greeting or look up when someone walks in. unfortunately I've met some really nice people there when the lounge is open, but I won't be returning again I've given them several chances. Enough is enough.

Great Cigar selection and but far the best in the area. Very helpful staff can help you find whatever you are looking for. This is my go to cigar store.

Amazing collection of cigars, if you don't know what you're looking for this place is a great place to start. The employees will describe anything your curious about and even gone you helpful tips and tricks. They will show you the latest in cigar and pipe innovations as well as if it's not busy they will sit and smoke a cigar with you. Pool table, TV's and comfy seating.

This is a great gem in the outskirts of Houston. I was pleasantly surprised at the enormous selection of pipe tobacco, over 100 different blends! Rico was very helpful and had plenty of information about their products. The Pipe tobacco blends were all clearly marked, ranking them in order of best selling between English blends and aromatics. In addition, the humidor was packed full of a huge selection of cigars. There is also a reasonable sized lounge for relaxing with the smoke of your choice. It's free with purchase of a single cigar. I didn't ask but I'm sure it is the same with purchase of a reasonable amount of pipe tobacco. Compared to other tobacco shops in the immediate area, this one is the best!

Rico was amazing, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! It was a wonderful experience going in and learning so much about cigars, that we previously didn't know. Looking forward to many more visits!

I was excited to visit this place. The gentleman who begrudgingly assisted me seemed genuinely unhappy to be there. This place could be very cool, but seems to celebrate not helping customers enjoy their experience. Apparently you cannot have food inside, ok no big deal, but he was a jerk about it and upset that I would dare ask. I asked about WiFi, you know to knock out some work and was told "no, we don't do that here." Odd response in 2023 but ok. Then my friend tried to buy a cigar and there is a $10 credit card minimum. This is a house of dumb rules and seemingly trying to make the customer experience worse at every opportunity. Too bad, could be a cool pipe/cigar spot, but not why that angry rude gentleman is there.

Been trading with Jerry for years, has great selection of cigars and tobacco. Glad he's in our neighborhood.

Great selection. Everything you need is here. Huge humidor. Centrally located and accessible for the Katy area.

I've been in here a few times as a novice and always shortly before they close for the night. The owner always answers my endless questions with thorough information and doesn't try to upsell me on products to make a buck. Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from, probably entitled people who expect fake niceties from everyone they talk to. Haven't used the lounge yet but I'll make some time for it

Owner guy running the place is unfriendly, grouchy, y unknowledgeable, had his place set up for guests to enter and smoke in the lounge and once I made my way in, picked a cigar, and as I am paying I asked where I may sit he declined me and told me no spot is open inside.If we aren't gonna do it right, don't do it at all.
