This is the worst customer service I've ever had.I phoned in an order on a busy Saturday night. They told me to show up in 15 minutes. I gave them 25 minutes. I entered the building and despite the fact that I was standing near the register, the young lady never said hello or offered an explanation on why I waited 15minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence.When I finally said my name is Mark and I placed a to goorder, the response was, " Can't you see were busy.?" Isaid I understand that but I've been standing here formore than 15 minutes. I also mentioned that I did notwant cold food. She grunted, went back to the kitchen,and brought me back my sack of food. When she cameout with my bag of food, I opened the bag to check theorder. She again grunted at me, "It's all there!" When Itold her again I wanted to check the order, shescreamed at me in front of her entire restaurant, "Getout of my restaurant!" When I explained to her that sixof us usually come in on the weekend she told me shedidn't care. If she truly does own this restaurant, she has the poorest business acumen I've ever met. We won't be back and neither will any of our friends. I've already personally phoned each of them and told them about the experience. BTW, the food was cold and undercooked.

I came here to get the fish stew on Friday. It is the real deal with plenty of eggs bacon fish potatoes and onions. The juice is on point so if u love it like I do then u won't be disappointed here. I will be back to try out other foods ASAP! Nice little country restaurant with real nice staff.

We ate at Aaron's on a Thursday. I had the BBQ. My husband had the hamburger steak. My son had a burger. We all enjoyed our food! The fries were excellent! We will definitely be going back.

Very good quality! Delicious and always fresh southern food with great service! I would definitely recommend their Saturday steak night! But their daily menu is awesome! My favorite thing is the grilled shrimp on Fridays!

Just moved to the area, found Aaron's by accident. My husband and I have now eaten there 3 nights in a row. From their salads to their burgers, fried chicken, brisket, and tonight their ribeye special ... stellar value for the price, and excellently prepared food. Can't wait to try the fish stew and bbq chicken. Oh yeah, the mashed potatoes are homemade, and better than my grandma made. The potato salad is excellent and the blueberry pie is mouth wateringly good. Honestly, I feel like I'm eating dinner and Grandma's house. We eat here 2-3 time a week every week. Great people, great food and wonderful service.

Aaron's. Wow. As an old-school, raised-on-home-cooked-meals Southern gentleman, what follows is about as gushing a review as I've ever written about anything.I've only eaten here three times, mostly because my lady and I have only recently moved to the Old North State. I've had the brisket dinner, BBQ turkey and the ribeye dinner. I would eat any of them on a daily basis, over and over again, until I was physically unable to process solid food.The brisket was cooked perfectly and served pulled/shredded, which was new to me, but damn...it was delicious. Plain or with the included sauce, didn't matter. It was amazing. Best brisket I've ever eaten. I want more.Right now.The BBQ turkey kinda threw me when I first saw it. It wasn't orange or reddish or any color you'd think barbecued turkey would be. It looked normal. But it tasted like fine vinegar-based NC barbecue, only with turkey. Totally blew me away. More, please.The ribeye dinner. It was delicious in a way difficult to describe in polite company. My wife, who makes some of the best steaks I've ever eaten, said this ribeye was as good as one of hers. I've only heard her pay that compliment to one other food item since I met her eight years ago. If I wasn't married, I'd have brought this steak home to meet my mom.It was that good.The side dishes. Fries, green beans, coleslaw, potato salad, candied yams, baked potato, side salad and peas.I could put down paragraphs for each side telling you how good they all were but I won't. Every one was delicious except for the peas. Little mushy on the peas.Dessert. The only one we've tried is the blueberry pie. Incredibly good. It was lightly sweet but absolutely -packed- with blueberry flavor. The crust was as close to perfect as I've ever had. The staff are all very friendly in a next-door-neighbor kind of way. The servers took excellent care of my dining needs when I ate in the restaurant itself. I felt very comfortable, as if I'd been a customer for years instead of three days. All in all, an absolutely wonderful dining experience. You get uncomplicated, home-style food prepared to amazing levels of quality by some really nice people. Prices are well-matched to the excellent food, with 2 of the 3 dinners I've tried coming in at around $10 each. The ribeye dinner was $20, but was more than worth every dollar.I'm going back. Probably tomorrow.

The Saturday night steak special is more than special. Honestly, this little restaurant just served me the best ribeye dinner for $22 that I can ever remember. This is not an exaggeration. It IS that good. Fine dining? Nope. What you get is incredibly fine food in a family diner atmosphere. It is on the far side of nowhere, but worth the detour. Without a doubt, we will be back as often as we can. Oh, we got the fresh fresh local strawberry pie to go. The berries are from the farm down the road. Yep. This place is for real.

I don't understand the less than great reviews. My son and I stopped in randomly for lunch and we both loved our burgers! I had the pennys way burger it was very juicy and great flavor. My son had the kids cheesburger sliders and the meat was basically the same size as mine- which was a good sized piece of meat. We spilt a oreo cookie cheesecake and it was delicious as well. Dont listen to the other mediocre reviews give this place a try!

We ate there Thursday night and ordered the hamburger steak. The meat was nice and juicy. We both got the side salad which was good. I had the fries, but mashed potatoes would have been better. My husband got the green beans and they were delicious. Would have like rolls instead of hushpuppies with the hamburger steak. (The hushpuppies were excellent, by the way.) Please post your menu on line. We will be returning!

Visited last month. Food was not that great. Did not have much flavor at all. Got the banana pudding for dessert and that seemed to have be several days old. I will not return and would not recommend!
