A Taste of Philly

I go here all the time because it is located on my route while running various errands. Being from California I didn't understand the allure of pretzels until moving to the east coast. A good soft pretzel is now a delicious treat I am happy to get! The pretzels are super cheap here ( I think a dollar each) and then we normally get the frosting to dip the pretzel into (very healthy I know). My only wish is that the pretzels were warm! I suppose in theory I could warm up the pretzel at home but it's already eaten by then!

I would give this more stars if I could! I come here everyday and the staff treat you so kind and full of warmth; no matter the weather. Their coffee, buttery pretzel twist, and some water ice is my favs! I'd reccomend to all !

I really wanted to give a 5* review... overall the food tasted good. The reasons I can't give a better rating are; The girl at the counter seemed super irritated by my questions. I asked for a ham sandwich, she said they only had turkey, so ok I'll take turkey but it was actually ham, no biggie cuz that's what I really wanted; however... They have business cards to take & the biggest boldest thing on the card says "Home of the chocolate cluster" so I asked "what's a chocolate cluster?" Her response was "We don't have those." So when I pointed out the card she responded "Ya, we don't have any right now". The final nail in the coffin... the in the chocolate covered pretzels are very stale. The chocolate tasted good but not good enough to overlook pretzel.

Been buying these since they first opened. No need to go anywhere else. I often bring a batch to parties and visits and people love them. Easy pre-order for special orders. Nice staff. Always warm when I go in. Extremely reasonable pricing. (That other guy is wrong, straight up.) I'm picking up 2 dozen to take on an Oregon road trip with my son who can't get good pretzels out west.

Bland tasting pretzels. They are never warm when I buy them. Prices high in cost compared to other pretzel places.

This is one of our favorite snack spots to grab something quick and delicious. Their pretzels are flavorful, soft with a light crust, and not too salty. The pretzel dogs with cheese are delicious as well. Ordered several party trays of nuggets from here and they were devoured by our guests. Check out their daily weekday specials. Definitely a go-to in the Keswick Village.

Pretzels are underbaked, stale, and flavorless. I threw them out as they were not edible. And, to the immature female clerk who insulted me by joking to her coworker as I was leaving that "you can always tell when someone's not from Philly":1. I live in South Philly2. Glenside (your store) is not Philly3. Your pretzels are nothing like Philly pretzels

Every time I go in here I am met with nothing but the nicest people, and have a great experience. I always walk away so happy to support a local business. And to boot, their product is way better than Pretzel Factory.
