9er's Grill

First time trying this and it was ok . The food was very fresh made right as you order it, the ambiance was chill. The service was quick you'll order once you get so food will always be fresh . I got the Wild West BLT which eh I wouldn't get again only had 2 pieces of bacon on each side very light . The salad was way better thought definitely try that . I'd try it out again and get a burger the fries are ok overall it's a ok place to grab and go nothing to be wowed about .

Fantastic food, good prices, great staff. Loved the mushrooms and swiss burger, and onion rings are to notch. Fun casual vibes inside.

We will never come to this place again... we stopped in and ordered A Swiss mushroom burger and an order of tater tots, as well as a double cheeseburger. We took a seat and waited and waited and waited... we saw other people that had been sitting there waiting as well. Finally pick up orders to go and leave. A full 50 minutes later one of the guys in the back asked me what our number was I told him our number and he had 2 burgers in his hand and said "here it is" he said that there were only 2 employees cooking and apologized for the long wait.. we left and brought the order home. When we arrived home, I started to unpack the order... how odd it was that there was not a Swiss mushroom burger at all and there were 2 orders of French fries. My husband who was already frustrated because of the long wait, took the order with the receipt back up to the restaurant. At which point the guy who took the order originally stated that my husband could get the **** out of there. My husband was not nasty and was simply asking what the issue was. The excuse of only 2 employees was not true.. I personally saw 4 people back on the grill... a larger darker complected guy with a bald head, a small hispanic guy who's back was turned to me the entire time, a middle aged guy with a baseball cap on who had delivered the incorrect order to me, as well as the guy that took the order to begin with and dropped the Fbomb on my husband when he took the order back. The order was NOT correct. We're we just supposed to eat it and be happy!?!? I don't think that is the way it works. We will never return. This place used to be great. There was a very nice lady that took orders and was very pleasant to deal with. Not sure who this guy is with the man bun poking out of his baseball cap and so incredibly rude. We were not wrong for asking for the order to be correct in the first place, then to be treated so badly because the error was brought to their attention. The owners need to fix the issue. If I were able to leave Zero Stars I would... how sad to have a place go down the tubes this badly.... Whataburger is just down the street, but we like giving smaller businesses our business...

Everything here is delicious The Turkey Club & Philly Cheesesteak are my go to's The customer service is A1 5STARS The establishment is always clean & you are greeted with a smile EVERY-TIME!!! Good Food Good Service!

Good burgers, me and my bf go he just the Philly cheesesteaks sub I think it is and I get a kids meal cheeseburger it fills me up.

Stopped in here today after playing putt putt at a nearby place. Very nice, clean, great menu.Price was good as well. Will definitely go again.

Great lunch spot! I always get the grilled Cajun chicken sandwich. I LOVE IT! To be fair, I have never tried anything else. I've probably ordered this at least a dozen times. I always upgrade to curly fries. Cheese choice, I always go with Swiss. I'm not a fan of any other cheese melted on chicken. They have a pretty big menu. The burgers all look great. Maybe one day I'll try one. It's hard to beat the chicken though. Great spice. Nice and juicy. And very filling!Order at the counter and they call your number when your food is ready. The people at the counter are always nice, and the cooks are always working fast to get you your food ASAP. The place has a diner feel. Good for groups of all sizes. There are some 6 person booths and a ton of tables in the middle you can move together if needed. They are located in a small strip mall. I've never had an issue with parking.

This diner food is the best. They have the best onion rings and their customer service is wonderful. I love it that it is close to where I live, they have fast and easy online ordering and pick up. I highly recommend this establishment.

Found this roach in my fountain drink. Went to show the person at the counter to advise them that they may want to clean their ice machine out and he did not seem phased by this issue. His reaction was "they just cleaned it." And it was almost as if they have seen this before. We then asked if they had any type of bottled or canned drinks to at least wash down our disgust and were provided canned cokes to compensate for our inability to finish our drinks. We couldn't finish our meals due to how grossed out we were so we left...what a waste of money.I never like to post negative reviews however I feel this had to be shared

Very good food I had their catfish poboy and that sandwich slammed dunk in my belly definitely recommend even when busy service seems unfazed and great!!
