Post COVID-19 Review:This place is still here and serves delicious food. Service is quick and their food is piping hot! So you'll want to wait a few minutes before you take a bite into your taco or chow down on your ramen. Prices have gone up due to inflation but still worth the trip when in the area.They have patio and indoor seating with tons of parking.On a clear day you can enjoy the palm trees. It's clean and chill. I'd be back for sure.

Had the BIRRIA plate and I gotta admit it was TASTY!!!Got it to go and it came with 4 prepped tortillas (oil dipped & warm), onion, cilantro, lemon and radish slices to put on tacos. The last at the counter was super friendly and helpful, the cook right behind her for my food out quick and hot so I didn't have to warm anything up at home!!The place to eat here is nice too with some tables & chairs and good parking situation. Sorry I didn't take any pix I was in a rush!!

Tried this spot for the fist time and was the food definitely worth it I'll be coming back for more! Service was good.

wanted to try this spot after work , my order was taken for three tacos y un consomé 30 min later I'm waiting thinking like man they really pride on the freshness of the food or something , nah they never made the order nor cared to even offer a apology for the mistake they made. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Had the Birria Tacos. They were fantastic. They come with limes, radishes, just like in Mexico. This place is spotlessly clean. The employees wash their hands after handling money, before they deal with food. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The expansion of 664 TJ Birria in San Diego continues with this location in Logan Heights on the corner of Ocean View and S. 28th Street. I had the half order of beef birria which came with six warm corn tortillas, chopped and cilantro, and house radished and lime for $7. It was a good deal. The beef birria soup was quite tasty, perhaps a little on the salty side, but good nevertheless. It came with a good amount of tender shredded beef which is terrific eating out of the bowl or for making tacos out of the corn tortillas they serve with the meal. They were certainly good eating, especially with house hot sauce. It was some hot stuff, so I had to back off a bit.There is no question they make quality beef birria here. However, they need to tightened up the ship. First of all, they need to make sure the menus are cleaned daily. The one I was given was splattered with soup. The flour had bottle caps on it for some reason, and they need to be a little quicker on taking orders from patrons after they arrive. I was twiddling my thumbs for a little long on this visit.Other than that, keep on making that tasty beef birria!

The only reason I give this place a 4 I used my card & the card machine went haywire TIP:$$ only. Other than that VISIT..

If you're looking for birria tacos look no further. That's their speciality. The menu is limited and they only see is birria tacos. The flavors were great. The one server and cashier was very nice and fast with our food.

Terrible !! How are you gonna have a closing time on the maps of 6 pm but when i arrive at 535 pm im rudely told that there about to close in 5 mins and I wasn't allowed to eat there ?! Wtf !? When I asked she said "we close at 5;45 pm ". I could have easily ate before 6 pm .. thumbs down keep driving

Flavorful and taste good like birria. I give the birria itself 4/5 but the over rating 2/5 maybe 2.5But first thing I didn't like was that my tortilla fell apart as I bite into my taco. Second this place is way too over priced. *5 quesa tacos for over $30 is way too ridiculous.
