Went here last night randomly. Glad I came because it was a really cool and laid back night. The shrimp basket and a 10 piece lemon pepper hot. But the star of my meal believe it or not was their fries. I can't believe I enjoyed those fries as much as I did. I wish I would've taken pictures but I couldn't have the energy lol. The drinks were good. The service was good I honestly can't complain. 10/10

Horrible experience! Walked in at 6:50p. At 6:58p, after seeing lots of staff walking around but no one approaching us, we asked the waitress sitting at the table beside us (w a customer smoking a hookah and drinking) if she could get our waitress, she said she would. She left for 2-3 minutes and came back saying she's our waitress.So it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged and have our drink order placed. She did not take our food order until 7:23pm. As soon as we placed our food order, she was back sitting down at the table beside us smoking a hookah. Aside from that, the pictures I posted is of their bartender, standing behind the bar drinking and eating a meal out of a Togo container which is a health code violation. She was also on her cellphone.I went and spoke to security at 7:56p. Finally at 8p our food came. Our waitress walked right past us and didn't ask if everything was okay nor if we needed anything.

I tried twice to give a fair chance and this just isn't my type of business. I want to rate higher because the food is actually really good. Nice flavors, portions, and prices. I tried the seafood potato, lobster tail, and fried ribs. The service isn't great. Lots of staff but no one seems to move with any sense of urgency. It's a simple bar that has potential but the music is so loud I can't hear myself talk. That's one of my top five turn offs with a bar/restaurant. I need to be able I hear the conversation I'm having. Here I felt like I was screaming to my friends just so they could hear me. I might do takeout but I don't care to go back again at all.

So let me start off with the positives. My friend and I got here early, so we were able to park in the small back lot. All the staff was friendly. The food was good - crab cakes had tons of flavor, egg rolls perfectly cooked, and the ratio of chicken to the salad was elite. HOWEVER...Hookah...good, but no one ever offered to change out our coals. Our hookah server was super nice, but she was sick...and I know tips are used, but something about starting the hookah while sick is a little off-putting. I don't blame her at all; apparently she was waiting for coverage, so that's on management. The main reason for one star is the bamboozlement that was the bill. We came right before happy hour was ending and out server let us know to order everything while we could to get the happy hour. I ordered all of my gin and clubs and we ordered all of our food.When we asked for our bill, it was $120...the drinks I ordered had happy hour applied, but that's it. So my friend went to ask about the applications of happy hour prices to the food and the server told her it was only for the drinks. That is NOT what we were told originally. If it was we would've probably ordered other non-happy hour items AND it makes no sense that drinks would have the discounted price and not the food. We didn't fight it...we just paid and left. My friend is only visiting, but I would never come back for that alone. Be advised there is also an 18% gratuity automatically added.And the hookah is $30...which to me...isn't worth it.

Had high expectations for this food based off of the photos alone but I'm lowkey disappointed. Ordered the salon and seafood fried rice. Rice was bland, and it didn't really give seafood 'fried rice' the only thing flavorful was the salmon and the salmon was really a 7/10. I love salmon

Sooo. We liked that they offered a lunch/happy hour menu, but what tickled us was pricing, not $6.56 but $8.56. We get it inflation, so you can't charge "$6.56" at this time...whatever...but the fact that nothing was even that price made me shake my head when we received the ticket. We know most restaurants are saying "inflation, inflation", but nothing that we ordered was priced right even though the manager tried to explain why and get frustrated while explaining something that didn't make sense. Today was a bust, as both this establishment and TDH next door have similar changes and issues. Not worth it. Look elsewhere. Gave an extra star because the drinks were good. Shout out to the bartender!

Poor customer service. Ghetto management. Waited 30 minutes for food. Flavors are there but served cold. Would have been ok even if luke warm. I inquired about getting food heated, management gave major attitude although wing bones are black (not from sauce).No plans on ever returning. Would not recommend!

If you like horrible customer service and enjoy having to find somebody just so you can get your order taken after standing around for 10 or 15 minutes or so then this is the place for you. The staff when asked did even care about their Customer Service, looked me right in my face and said they could care less, and everyone has their own opinion. I usually order for delivery. I order Uber eats and went and picked it up this time, I will probably never walk into this restaurant again to spend my money. I'll just take my chances with delivery.

Smoke friendly. There's also a lot of tvs in here to watch sports games. There's not much standing room so first come first serve on seating. Music was good but the service was super slow ordering food and drinks.
