52nd Skyline Restaurant

I'm impressed by everything at this restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and fast, the place is clean, the food is good and it's at a more than fair price. YELP does it again, the reviews helped to encourage me to try this restaurant. I'm glad I did. I was a little leery about going to 52nd and Market because I can only imagine greasy spoon kitchens. I was totally wrong. The staff cooks food while wearing head coverings and gloves while touching the food. I'm AL IN! I ordered a combination of pancakes, eggs, home fries and bacon. It was a large tasty portion, served hot and prompt. You can order eat in or take out, I suggest eating in. They sing in a joyful manner while cooking, cleaning and serving. The entire time you are there you feel special. they offer you great service, food and attention.They leave you with 'I love you sister be safe'! WOW!!!

Although it's all to-go right now (no indoor seating), this is nonetheless an incredibly solid place for breakfast. They are really nice people and my omelet and hash browns was perfect. Great prices, too.

Happen to find this place randomly out and about in Philly. Small hole in the wall diner with awesome food and great customer service. Check this place out next time you're in Philly.

The food is very poor quality and the customer service sucks who wants to be looked at and timed while they eat let alone ask for anything extra once you received your nasty food

West Philly, PAAfter dropping a parent at hospital appointment further down, since this was the closest foodery, I just came by to pick up a salad because I didnt want Mcdonalds.Average salad. This is the very busy 52nd street range of retails stores in West Philly hood. A lot of stuff going on here. Cheap. Not too many restaurants I noticed so far. This restaurant here is in the form of a diner somewhat across from a McD's where people play chess in occassionally. Interesting.

I was in the area and walk-in. Everything you'd expect on the menu but I found flounder and grits an interesting departure from normal everyday. Staff are wonderful, place is clean and neighborhood centered. There is McDonald's but why go there. Price was reasonable cash only

I normally do not do this, but today I was greatly disappointed and receiving my food from this location the food was not seasoned. The eggs were wet. There was barely any meat in the sandwiches and the sandwiches was thrown together. I feel like we pay so much for food, presentation is everything and is taste. I will not be attending this restaurant anymore.

So, this is good simple breakfast. Not Sabrina's or Green Eggs and Ham but it is much less expensive and no wait. You are going to get a cheese omelette with home fries and toast for 4.95. Nice and consistent and fast. The place is very clean and the owners even though they may not have the best English are accommodating.
