Best poke!! 10/10 recommend! Large portions and I love all the toppings! Super quick as well. More on the expensive size but way worth it.

This poke stop is THE poke place to go, arguably in the whole Seattle area. The fish is fresh and delicious, it comes with crab salad, edamame (not a lot but still), fried onions, crab salad, seaweed salad, and more. I got the spicy tuna and the salmon, and it was delicious! In love, a winner everytime. The staff is nice, and we didn't wait too long despite there being so many people there (rightfully so!). It's a cute lil shop where you can get drinks too, and even a little seating area inside and out. If you want poke, go HERE and only here.

One of the best poke spots in Seattle for sure! One of the things I love about this place is the way they cut their fish. The poke is served in larger chunks of fish compared to most spots, so it is always really satisfying to eat. The flavors and toppings are basic and pretty solid for the most part. The fish is always fresh too!

Super unassuming poke place but it's super tasty! You order at the counter and a few minutes later your food is ready. They have a few window seats and outdoor tables but it's more of a grab and go place. I got the one fish bowl with salmon and all the toppings. It comes standard with half rice and half lettuce but you can change it to be fully one or the other. They give you pickles, edamame, seaweed salad, ginger, garlic chips, krab salad and masago. All the flavors worked really well together. The salmon was seasoned perfectly. Lightly sweet but still savoury. The price is a little high at $18 for one fish but the portion is huge! Definitely will fill you up.

I was in the mood for poke and saw this place had stellar reviews so swung on by. Normally a poke shop inside a mini mart would be a no-no where I'm from but I was feeling adventurous. I first noticed the prices to be a little steep. Seattle, I guess. I really just wanted a small bowl as I wasn't that hungry, but I already made the trip. Each scoop of fish is only $1 extra so you'd be better off coming here and going straight for the 3-scoop large instead of $18 for one scoop "small." I have a feeling they use the same bowl for all 3 and just cram more fish in.I was surprised that the bowls are pretty much as is, meaning you don't get to pick and choose your toppings. You basically get white rice and romaine/spring mix (half and half or one or the other), fake crab salad, seaweed salad, fried onions, masago, ginger, Japanese pickles, edamame, and whatever marinated fish you pick. I held the fake crab but got $3 avocado add on. For a "small" the bowl was super heavy, however it was 2/3 filled with rice, not leaving much room for all the other stuff. I did get a fair amount of tuna, but the lettuce was mostly stem, and the tiny scoop of avocado was mostly stuck to the lid when opened because everything got smashed in. Outside of the lack of leafs, the ingredients were fine, but the way they built and packaged it was horrible and nearly impossible to eat. If you do decide to try it, ask for an extra bowl or something, and maybe ask for the avocado on the side so you don't waste any of your 3 bucks against the lid. Overall the lack of choices and some poor construction led to a disappointing meal, sorry I can't personally recommend.

Best poke in the area. It tastes super fresh and the stuff they sell in the shop has good variety. Service and ambiance are the best and there's little seating areas to eat your poke

Price $20-30 depending on what size you want, your protein choices, and any add ons.Really delicious, fresh fish on a crisp salad. I skip the rice but my partner always gets it and says it's also well cooked. I add the tomago and unagi. Highly recommend. Made very quickly while you wait. Very limited seating as the deli/restaurant is in a minimart.

Price: $18-$20, varies by number of proteinsFavorites: Tuna, salmonTips: Opt for three proteins, the fresh fish is worth it!Wallingford is a foodie's paradise, and this poke shop may just be Seattle's finest. The rustic charm is palpable as you step into this unassuming market. The chalkboard menus, enthusiastic servers, and limited wood-finish high tables enhance the overall experience. As the name suggests, I'd gladly stop and shop here.I chose tuna and salmon, which are staples for any sushi aficionado. 45th Stop and Shop sources the freshest, most succulent fish that melts in your mouth. The greens and toppings add a vibrant touch to the bowl, perfectly complementing the rich, delicious proteins. What else could you desire in a poke bowl apart from high-quality fish and abundant flavorful toppings? While there may be more economical alternatives, investing in 45th Stop N Shop is worthwhile when possible.
