Came here to see the astros vs rangers play against each other for the World Series. Lotsa tvs indoors and outdoors so take your pick. We came to play pickleball though. There's one pickle ball court. They aren't currently charging and the guys playing wrapped up so we got about an hour in. The outdoors has nice fake grass. Swinging chairs at a few tables. And a beer pong table. The Indoors is nice and cool. Music that was playing is top 10. Parking can be free on the street or there's valet. Will try the food next time. It was happy hour so we split a bottle of wine. There's also a hookah bar.

Peeps! Yup. This is a great spot for sports, fun, and everything else a late night run promises. The service is warm and friendly and the atmosphere is perfect with the open space and a DJ who knows what he is doing. If you like the Axlerad/Brazil feel, you will love this spot. Ask for Victoria from Louisiana at the bar and thank me later. I'll be back! #Pkast

We are from out of town and were looking for a good wing spot. Decided to give 40 Love a chance and I'm so glad we did. It's a very spacious place with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. There's numerous tv's spread around if you're trying to catch any games. The staff was very kind and attentive. Everything from the bar to the bathroom were were very clean. And last but certainly not least, the wings were amazing. My fiancé ordered the Buffalo and I ordered the lemon pepper. We both loved our wings. They were so crispy and very flavorful. You can tell they use good quality meat. My fiancé also had a drink from the bar and said it was great and worth the price. We will definitely be back when we're in town again.

To my understanding this is a relatively new spot in Houston. Valet parking is available. This place is perfect for a night of good drinks with friends. It offers very chill vibes. There were several ppl that we're celebrating birthdays when I visited. I ordered a Tequila sunrise which was as probably the best I have ever had. Hookah is also available when seating in the outdoor area. However, I wish they had heaters available for the outdoor area. I can't wait to bring my friends here when they come to visit in Houston.

THEY ARE BACK & STILL OUR FAVE BAR!Great service, ambiance and now food & hookah! Their steak nights are amazing and just about any day to go check out the games here with a group of friends. With their renovated court and games, we just love coming here! The best part is now they offer hookah so I highly recommend checking them out!

Great place to unwind after a hard days work. Bartenders are quick, friendly and kind.

40allJamie and Alexis were the friendly bartenders on Friday early evening (3/29/24) when me and a group of 6 friends visited for Happy Hour (M-F, 4-7pm). The $6 frozen pineapple margaritas I nicknamed, "Spongebob's Sunrise House" was tastier than the frozen strawberry margarita Jamie let me sample and the "Dulce Vida" well tequila shots were sweet, as promised. The day we visited there was a huge wedding party there so we were nicely asked to relocate from the patio to indoors after sitting at one of the benches (there weren't any visible "reservation" signs). On Friday nights 40 All promotes "Ladies Night" on the website where a group of at least 5 women are guaranteed a free champagne bottle. Unfortunately, it did not appear this was a common special utilized by patrons; we'd asked the bartender about wanting to redeem the special as promoted on the website. With it being her first week, she double-checked with the manager who then asked us to show where we had seen the offer listed (on the website). After three courteous reminders over about an hour and a half, we got the champagne bottle (that came with two juices, cranberry and pineapple). It generously accommodated our group of 7 where we were able to drink one flute each. A nice incentive to kickstart the Friday night. Everyone who ordered food enjoyed it (wings and mozzarella sticks). The bathrooms were also very well-maintained and clean. Valet parking is available for $20. I was able to easily find free parking on the street (after 6pm on a Friday). I think this would be a great place to visit with a group of friends on a bar stop, though with not many expectations for the Ladies Night special...

I came here with some friends. It's a cool space when you walk in. I wasn't really hungry but i decided to grab some wings & fries. I use my cash app card at restaurants because when i use my debit or credit card, places tend to do a double hold. When my card was swiped (i had my husband go pay) i felt the price was abnormally high. They charged $7 for those trash ass fries and it was a small amount(1) on their website it says $1 is the price for Wings on Wednesday.(2) the wing price advertised in the restaurant is $8.Confusing right?(3) they charged me 9.99 for the wings.So i had him go up there to get a refund and ask why they werent $1? He showed them their website and they said "thats old"...well why tf is it on your website? Thats false advertising and so is the sign on the table if you say its $8 yet you charged me $9.99. (The wings werent good to me by the way. I wish i took a pic of the food itself).So anyways they gave me a refund yet charged my card a second time, which confused me even more and pissed me off!What sent me over the edge is the fact that i have gotten plenty of refunds--a couple recently actually-- and a transaction has never POSTED. If a refund is being processed the transaction will remain pending and then fall off... or in their case it shouldve posted with the correct amount and that SECOND transaction should have fallen off. I wanted to go up there the next day but my husband told me to wait.Well on Friday is when the transactions went from pending to posted. And now it is Monday and my refund still hasn't come back to my card.They will be seeing my face today, and i will not be going to this place ever again.

Fast service with good selection of drinks. They also have a cool outdoor area with swings , little cabanas and a pickle ball court
