360 Chicken

It's super chill in there. I've never been to a boba place that also had chicken! Service was fast and there's plenty of outdoor seating so that was an added perk. Met a friend here for lunch and I tried the sweet and spicy and the soy garlic boneless wings along with the beef dumplings. The dumplings were juicy inside and crispy outside and the sweet and spicy was genuinely spicy it had me crying and snottin a bit but I enjoy the spice. Definitely have to come back to try the other flavors, I was thoroughly impressed. I had a boba too and it was good but even "regular" sweet was a bit sweet for me. Still delightful though! I'll be back!

Starting off, got here at 1:20 and the food has taken just about 7 light years to make. There's a robot doing the cooking and the rest of the employees are twiddling their thumbs. What's the point of robots at this point? Their boba station was completely down for the season and said it will be open in spring (it's May). Very disappointed. The chicken prices cost me $32 for their fried chicken bowl and fries. Extra sauce costs $1.25. Even for a simple honey mustard! Place has some balls to be charging this much. The ambiance is really nice actually. It's a very inviting place with good lighting and music. Only complaint is that there's two menus at the top dedicated to bubble tea. Now the food. The food was mid at best. Not worth the price in the slightest. Spicy chili was hot and bland. Soy garlic, wasn't even on the chicken. Barely was. Fried cheese balls were good, hard to mess up those though. The fries were crispy and hot, no complaints. All in all, won't return.

I went here for lunch on a Friday. It was mostly empty. We ordered our food at the counter but there are kiosks as well. The drinks were unavailable, there was a small sign indicating that the bubble tea bar was closed for the season, which was disappointing but I also probably didn't need to spend even more money here.I ordered a chicken sandwich which came with sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles... The sauces are all Asian so those veggies seem kind of random. I wish the pickled veggies were included in the sandwich choices. The chicken was tasty but I wasn't blown away by the sandwich. My friends and I got tator tots and cheese curds which were both really crispy and delicious! The onion rings were just ok. I wish those fried apps came with a dipping sauce, especially for the price, but they do have ketchup packets. With a $2 tip, I spent over $20 on a lunch I wasn't totally impressed with.The dining room was fine, the outdoor seating area directly next to it looked nice for when it's not winter. There was soft music playing and it was nice and bright inside.

My family was very pleased with our meal. Easily has become one of our favorite Korean fried chicken restaurants. Our other favorites are Boom Boom and Bon Chon as a comparison. 360 chicken is not oily, greasy or too saucy. Great crunch even on ones with sauce. Soy garlic, sweet and spicy and original are our favorites. We had wings, tenders and a sandwich. All 5 stars! Staff was very friendly also!

Staff was friendly. Ordered chicken nuggets. Looked more like chicken shavings. Reminded me of how pork rinds look. It was super dry

The vibe feels like a food court...but it looks like it should be a bar? Also, it feels like there should be music but it's completely silent. The ordering is a little confusing since you can order at 1 spot near the front, 1 spot near the back, and like 3 tablets on the side. It's a little pricy for what it is.The chicken itself was okay. It had a nice crunch and was juicy on the inside. The crunch is definitely a little different than Bon Chon. We tried the soy garlic and gangjang flavors. The flavors were good, but they were pretty stingy with the sauce...the wings barely had any sauce on them and some wings didn't even have sauce? They charge over $1 for more sauce, which wouldn't have been a problem if they had put enough sauce to begin with. Either this is an error of the cook or a shameful money grab, but whatever.We also tried the cheese curds and onion rings which were definitely frozen before and fried, but it was okay.This place is new so I hope they improve, but the first experience was disappointing.

360 Chicken is new and located in the KOP town center! They have boba, in addition to a fried chicken menu! After grabbing dinner at Choolah, we stopped by for drinks. There is plenty of seating. should can order via a kiosk or go to someone. We got a yogurt drink with ginger flavor. Holy...it was so good. It was sweet but with a kick at the back of your throat. Will definitely go again just for this drink. They have milk teas, fruit teas, yogurt drinks and slushees. Customer service was great and attentive! They also have robot arms helping back in the kitchen which is pretty neat.

How can you advertise bubble tea and have the station closed? It's been like this for quite a while. Boba has been trending now, and have seen several people leave because they wanted a meal where they can also have boba. I'd imagine this drives away a lot of business, and people just go to the mall. While the food is pretty great, this place seems operationally inefficient. Food takes a while despite it not being busy. That said, I really am rooting for this place, just disappointed

Don't think we'll be coming back here. Waited 30 min for two chicken sandwiches (we were also the only ones there) that ended up being mediocre at best. My sandwich was completely drenched in tasteless sauce, including the outside of the buns and the chicken was burned on the outside. Fries were good but that's about it. Not worth the cost.

This is our first time here have we know that they have Terrible service, we would have not even try it. We were there at 12:55 pm and our food is still not ready at 1:45pm. The cashier looks so confused and neglected to inform the kitchen that we've been waiting for our order. We asked her couple of times but she just turn around check for the food on the counter and tells us it would be ready in few muffins. It took 45 minutes to make one sandwich. Food ?! Definitely not 1 hour worth of wait. We just wasted our time going there.
