-30C Ice Cream

This little kiosk is tucked in the outlet's food court. I ordered the brown sugar milk and it was delicious! The pearls had a nice chew and the rich brown sugar contrasted nicely with the plain milk. Prices were on par with a typical boba shop. My small drink was about $5. The employees were super nice too and got my drink out quickly.For a mall food court spot, -30C Ice Cream offers a surprisingly good selection of high-quality sweets. I'm definitely coming back to try their other drinks!

Out shopping with my mom and we needed to get something to drink, so we stopped in the food court. Had to try the butterfly pea tea because it changes colors, obviously. The limeades were light and refreshing without being too sweet. The pineapple was a bit sour, but my mom enjoyed it. She says, "very good!".

First time to this ice cream stand located in the food court..great experience! I got hibiscous fruit tea with boba..very delicious! My daughter ordered the banana strawberry smoothie, also very good and creamy!i think you should try it out and have a great day.

Really enjoyed there papaya and strawberry smoothie along with the pistachio ice cream! The flavors were very fresh and vibrant. You get a front row view of them making your order. Would definitely go here again!

Awesome tea, awesome ice cream, and great customer service. Plenty of toppings to choose from, and an interesting show to watch while he prepares the ice cream. Good place to stop by while shopping.

This rolled ice cream spot that is on the corner of the food court in HPO is no longer operating but having a new business on the same spot take over as Hawaii Cafe, which serves some Hawaiian food and boba.Last week when I was shopping here w/ my mom and aunts, I stopped by Hawaii Cafe and got one of their boba drinks. I ordered a tiger caramel boba milk tea and it was basic like tiger brown sugar milk tea but w/ caramel as the "brown sugar". W/o mixing it at first once they just made it, it was a bit too sweet for me until I tried to stir the caramel a bit to make it a bit less sweet, which was better. Will try ordering more of the new Hawaii Cafe's drink next time! :)

I'm not sure what's great about Switzerland, but the flag is a big plus. Whereas this is a big minus. Minus 30, to be exact.Up at the Cypress Outlets this is a pretty standard rolled ice cream place where you can get your sugar fix on all those hot days, of which there are many in Houston. It's a good mall, the food options are, however, not at all great and this is probably a little tastier than most of them when there's actually someone manning the booth (Peyton is that you). Or womanning the booth as it may be (Eli is that you).

They have the best Hawaiian spam sandwiches!! I recommend the Hawaiian and pineapple!! I ate them too fast to take pics
