We went back for the second time on yesterday. The 1st time we went, I parked in the area near the stand but I quickly decided I wouldn't do that again. It is too small and can get tight/full when more people come. The 1st time we went we got 8 tacos. Initially, the husband was taking the order but I could tell he wasn't understanding my request. What request? My Hubby wanted 4 pork tacos on flour tortillas with the cilantro/onions on the side. I wanted 1 pork taco on a corn tortilla with cilantro and onions. Next, I wanted 2 chicken tacos on corn tortillas (one with no cilantro and onion. The other with cilantro and onion.) Next, one pork and beef taco with cilantro and onions on a corn tortilla. Lastly, a chicken and cheese gordita. Confused yet?!!! LOL!!! Well the husband was and the wife took over. He had written a total of 12 tacos and had a few of them wrong. So the order was ready and the son gave me the total. It was more than I expected and that is when they informed me that if the tacos are on flor tortillas it is $2.00 instead of $1.50. It would have been nice if I had known that when ordering. There may have been a sign but not sure.So we check the tacos before we leave and realize that the cilantro and onions that we requested on the side for Hubby's tacos was not in the bag and the 1 pork taco that was for me did not have cilantro and onion on it as I requested. But Hubby said forget it because by now there were several more people waiting and we were hungry.Hubby said he liked the pork tacos. I looooooooved the chicken tacos and my gordita!!! The chicken is so flavorful!!!! The pork was just okay to me and the combination pork/beef taco was just okay to me. By far my favorite was the chicken.So we went yesterday for the second time. This time we decided we wanted to get tortas. I told my Hubby to get chicken but he got pork. He wanted everything on it (beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream). I got chicken with just cheese added. Now I am used to tortas having more meat but these not so much. My Hubby's torta did not have the beans and like two drops of lettuce. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of his because he was hungry and started eating in the truck while I drove home.Of course the chicken on my torta was yummylicious but there wasn't alot. The bread wasn't grilled all the way. I let my Hubby take a bite of my torta and he regretted not getting chicken. He said the pork this time didn't taste seasoned. The tortas are $5.50 and the amount of meat doesn't represent that to me at all. I was disappointed!!! I like the green salsa but the spice level was different on the 2nd visit. It was spicier on our 1st visit. For some reason, I want to say bring cash because that is all they take but I can't remember. I will return as a customer. However, as much as I love tortas I probably will just stick to the tacos and gorditas (think the gordita was $4). I may also try a quesadilla. Of course I will always get chicken because that flavor is awesome!!!

Only place in Houston where you can get more than just trompo and fajita tacos!They also have Barbacoa!! & other delicious meats Love coming here before a going out to drink. Their tacos de trompo are also NOT ridiculously red like other taco places they are DELICIOUS! You have the options of fresh Mexican waters, bacon wrapped hot dogs and burgers. Owners treat you like family too 14/10 recommend

So finished my run/jog in Cullen park back at the end of August. Of course I'm thinking tacos since I need to recharge with some food. This truck pops up and the reviews indicate this is a must-visit. Well they aren't wrong. It looks like it's in a weird area but once you hear the music blaring from the speakers, you know you're in the right spot.Tacos are quite affordable and packed with flavor. The trompo, bistek, and that barbacoa cannot be denied as they kick ass across the board. Recommend bringing cash but they also do paypal/venmo/cashapp/zelle. Fortunately I had some paper with me to make the transaction. They made everything quick so I could get back to my hotel and eat everything which was still hot and savory.Definitely a quality truck/stand with delicious mexican eats that will hit the spot, do not sleep on this one!

The service was great with a friendly welcome and ready to serve. It was highly convenient that they accept Venmo and other cashless options as I was not close to my bank and took a chance to see if they accepted credit card. The tacos were good, authentic flavor and some super awesome spicy salsa verde (sorry just never a fan of Red salsa si didn't try it). Seating was scarce but they had a nice spot behind the truck that was covered and they were ready to place another table and chairs out for us!

Nop el elote que me vendieron estaba malo sabia muy mal sabor. Estaba malo el queso el elote bien muerto queso pasado nada fresco. Los tacos que son los que sabidurías no son como la foto. Antes que estaba el señor y la señora tenían calidad . La jente que tienen oy notrain nada limones pasados tacos con tortilla rancia. Perdón pero no son como cuando enpesaron. no me gustaría regresar

I found this spot just randomly searching for tacos in the Katy area and they popped up. I saw the reviews, so I had to check it out for myself and lemme tell you...it's REALLY THAT GOOD! Literally the best tacos I've ever had in my life. I got barbacoa and chicken and both were seasoned to perfection, I even got a carne asada quesadilla to see if they're legit..and yea they are! Everything was perfect. And it's cheap too

Don't think twice about coming here. Every time Elvira is there my food comes out SPECTACULAR. Quesabirria tacos are great. The burritos are the best burritos I've ever had both steak and campechano. Worth every cent, horchata is authentic as well.

The birria tacos were fantastic and it's flavor cannot be replicated! The green sauce also wasn't your generic salsa verde neither, good stuff!
