5 star food/drink, 5 star ambience, 5 star service: Wow, great Korean food with a twist, served by a stellar attentive staff in a VERY cool renovation of an old Art Deco hotel directly on the Atlantic. What's not to like about that?5 star food / drink: Food here leans heavily on traditional Korean dishes, with some clever updates. For example, the Korean fried chicken comes in a sort of paper basket lined with wax paper (a la KFC) and sprinkled with tiny edible gold stars. Drinks include the usual full bar options, plus a couple of fire-breathing specialty cocktails.5 star ambience: The Shelbourne has been renovated into (IMHO) one of the slickest Art Deco hotels on South Beach. The lobby, the hallway to the back, and the pool area all lead up to 2 Korean Girls, which is at the Atlantic end of the pool area. It really feels like walking through a perfume ad or a movie on the way. There are witty swanky touches everywhere, from neon signs for the restrooms to a little nook by the pool with its own neon sign that says "beach please" LOL. 2 Korean Girls itself is slickly decorated and feels like a little oasis on the beach with privacy hedges.5 star service: Everyone from the bartender to the other staff was sweet and funny. The bartender laughed when I ordered a non-alcoholic faux cocktail and said something like "designated driver eh" and one of the staffers actually led me to the slightly hard to find men's room, where we both giggled about the yellow neon sign.In short, a VERY cool venue with great food / service in a VERY cool hotel.

I ordered a create your own bowl with bulgogi rib eye through GrubHub. They left out the rib eye completely. Since GrubHub doesn't do redeliveries, I basically only had rice and pickles for dinner.Come on guys - please make sure your orders are complete before you send them out with the drivers.

I ordered. My order was confirmed. I went to get my food. The restaurant could not be found. A Google search indicated the place was temp closed down. I called GrubHub who said the order was marked complete by the restaurant, however, upon trying they couldn't reach anyone. I hate that this place leaves their Yelp profile active and grubhub turned on when they're shut down. And perhaps they're taking orders and money from people who are not persistent about getting their money back.

I love Korean Food and I was fortunate to finally have a Korean Restaurant close to where I live. The Rib Eye Bibimbap have Rib Eye Bulgogi, Korean white rice, sweet and sour radish, marinated mung bean sprouts, spicy potato, sesame spinach, heart shaped egg, and gochujang. As an Asian Man I love any food with rice. This rice bowl with seasoned sauteed colorful vegetables with marinated beef, fried egg and the sweet, spicy, savoury goodness of BiBimbap sauce is a perfect meal for me. Healthy, low calorie dish and a good source of carbs, protein and fiber. A must try!

They had me at the gold stars....little gold stars sprinkled across my fried chicken, my cookie and my little rice thing. Glitter in my drink, pink all over the place and karaoke i mean...I'm all for it. I'm a fan of Korean everything so this little gem is fun, inviting and a yummy little find at the beach.

If you're looking for a fun Friday night with some delicious Korean cuisine, you MUST go to 2 Korean Girls at the Shelborne. They have karaoke and even if you don't sing, the people watching is great AND you're enjoying the amazing beach breeze outdoors too. The food is delicious. The portions are very generous and you get a lot of bang for your buck. I can't wait to go back and perhaps sing this time. What's for certain is I'll be eating more yummy food.

Went very last minute to this place because I was passing by and remembered I'd seen an article about the pop up.It was nice because when I arrived it was somewhat empty and decided to sit at the bar. They have very pretty pink chairs and umbrellas also. The restaurant is located in the back past the pool. The bar lady was very hospitable and attentive and we chatted it up along with 1 of the 2 Korean Gils :)I got the Kale & Melon salad along with the Kimchi fried rice, you have the option to add a protein but decided to keep it vegetarian. The drinks also looked great will be trying those on my second visit. Hope to come back soon with a friend.

Disappointed and underwhelmed. Egg wasn't cooked at all. Arrived cold. Veggies were ok though

Such an amazing place at an amazing hotel! I loved the layout and how welcoming the establishment is. I started with "The Last Imooji" which consists of dragon fruit-infused - glittered Bacardi coconut rum, domain de canton, citrus, and orange bitters. The cocktail was absolutely amazing and the color of the drink was something else. Now let me tell you, the food here is stunning! I had the Kimchi Fried Rice which tasted extremely fresh and made me run for another. The second item I tried was the Ttteokbokki which was cooked to perfection with an amazing glaze and was super soft inside. The last item I went for was the Korean Fried Chicken Slider. Ohhh man that slider was THE BEST! I would of had another but I wanted others to try. Overall the ambience was very comfortable and the layout was very cozy. The service was top notch and the staff was very attentive. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area again.

I had high expectations for 2 Korean Girls, and it did not disappoint. Given that I'm Korean, I had high hopes for the food's flavor, but their kimchi fried rice exceeded all of my expectations and was undeniably authentically Korean. Also, I tried the final imoogi drink, which was sweet but not overpowering. I also had the smoky-flavored Korean new fashion cocktail, which was an interesting take on old fashion and definitely my favorite cocktail. The Korean friend chicken sammies were my night's top choice because they were so juicy and delicious. Ample dining room and a fantastic lounge area made for an environment that was beyond fantastic. I'd without a doubt suggest this location as a great stop for a date or even after a night out.
