This was a wonderful place for dinner, atmosphere was fantastic, service was the best. And the food was amazing, waiter recommended fried shrimp as appetizers, there were 6 cooked excellent and server with a mayonnaise sauce with some spices, best I have ever had. We ordered steak and tuna, main course was absolutely amazing cooked perfectly sides paired well. I can tell you that this is by far the best restaurant in Souther Pines North Carolina, and needs to get so much publicity to be ranked 10 of 10, wonderful! I'll be back for sure!

Food is ok, ambiance is what makes this location 100% worth it. Customer service and atmosphere makes this location so nice

the two stars is because 195 is better than Taco Bell. we ordered a cheeseburger, a pasta dish with shrimp Parmesan cheese, garlic and olive oil and a salad with shrimp.The burger was perfectly formed wich led me to believe is was from a box. it was under seasoned so I then knew human hands didn't form the patty. burger had no flavor, even the veneer of cheese was tasteless. the bun was sad and the ancho chile fries needed salt to gain a hint of flavor. the pasta was over cooked and mushy, very sloppily plated as the shrimp was thrown on top haphazardly. the dish had no soul and we could tell the "cook" gave zero ducks if we liked it or not. the sauce was very watery like the overcooked pasta was not strained, just thrown on the plate directly from the water it was cooked in. flavorless and I had to get up and search for salt to help give the dish a minuscule amount of flavor. overcooked shrimp, flavorless slop! the salad looke$ like the "cook" got a bag of premixed lettuce from a bag at Walmart and tossed a few shrimp in it. some onion, and small lifeless tomato cubes were garnished in there somewhere. underdressEd and gross. our waiter disappeared. sad to say this place used to be good.

S e a s o n I n gOne of the best meals ever. This chef knows seasoning and knocks it out of the park.We started with dumplings and calamari. The dipping sauce was a little salty. But they were both delicious.I had the curry shrimp, my husband had the rack of lamb, my daughter the salmon and her husband the buffalo chicken sandwich. Oh my so yummy. We knawed the bones on the rack if lamb. So savory. The salmon with risotto had crisp skin and creamy, luxurious risotto. The spice on the chicken was great, the chicken large and moist.We finished with Apple tarte, chocolate goat cheesecake, almond chocolate cheesecake, apple tarte and brownie. Delicious.Our server was on top of it.

Food was exceptional, service was great and we loved the patio. Highly recommend the strawberry quesadilla

US Open week, enjoyed both nights at 195 American Fusion! Great crowd and very open feel, menu is perfect, try their truffle fries...great service

I'm giving this three stars for a few reasons: I do agree with other post that the price is a bit much for what you get and a limited dinner menu can be a turn off for some. The service was really good, not over pushy, and everything we did order came out in a timely manner. Lastly, the atmosphere of the restaurant was not exactly what I expected, really nice on the inside, however, I felt under dressed compared to others.I have heard that it's not like this during the day, so I'd be willing to give it another try at an earlier hour.

I love this place. For lunch. For dinner. Yes just go! Great service. Awesome food. Great drinks. You'll feel like you've stepped out of Pinehurst, which to me is the ultimate compliment. Highly recommend.
