A+ really good spot to hang out and drink bobaToday was a good day to drop by as the weather was great

This is a super cute boba shop that is aesthetic with various styles of seating to fit your liking. They have very comfortable seats that were great since I usually study for long periods of time when I visit boba establishments. They also have free printing and good Wi-Fi, which I also really appreciated as a student. I got the butterfly pea matcha latte based off of recommendations from the Yelp community. It was good but a tad bit sweet and I usually am the person that doesn't adjust the sweetness level. The service was great and the bobaristas were super friendly and made my drinks in a quick manner. You can order with the kiosk or with the bobaristas. The bobaristas will give you a device that will vibrate when your drink is ready or you will receive a text message if you order with the kiosk. I have not been back in a while to study because they frequently have various events going on; however, they seem very fun and I hope to have the chance to go to one.

I came here because the last time I visited was good. Turns out they switched ownership and here it is now!The drinks were average to me maybe because I got the jasmine milk tea. Service was okay for me as well too, didn't offer much recommendations to be honest. Looks like they were setting up when we came so the place was a mess. Maybe I came at a bad time and need to try it again.

Big boba shop, they are doing free drinks for reviews right now. Very spacious and clean here. Next to golden dumplings so I decided to check this place out. Will be coming back if I'm ever in the area

This place is so cute! So many cute stuffed animals and such a nice sheeting arrangement! The drinks here are spectacular and look forward to coming back! The customer service was so amazing!

I like their tea drinks. Fruit teas are refreshing, and their drinks all have pretty strong tea flavor to them without the bitterness.The decor is cute and vibey. I see a lot of people coming here to work or study. They offer quite a bit of seating areas with outlets everywhere. :D

Cool ambience and friendly servers. Saturdays seems to be vendors day when vendors come in and take over the store to sell other things so there will be limited seatings. They took over Modern Tea; which definitely has a different vibe. Before, it was modern and simple. Now, it's a younger vibe with a study room or a conference room. Same or similar furnitures as before but things are much more crowded now.If you're not familiar with this area, it's in the same parking lot as H-mart and share their parking lot with many other businesses in the plaza.Pandan mochi waffle reminds me of Vietnamese waffle but much thicker. Lacks in flavors but color is more potent. Not sure if I would get it again but wasn't bad either. Perhaps a different flavor.Butterfly Pea Matcha Latte (Fresh Milk) is pretty and flavorful. Something I would get again. It's green even after mixing! Great drink for a pick me up. I don't recommend getting it at night unless you plan on studying all night long. Boba (tapioca) is little in quantity compare to other places but still soft and chewy.Since this boba shop isn't crazy far from the all girl's private school, I can see it being busy after school with a bunch of students taking over the study/conference room to study or doing group projects while sipping on tasty, pretty drinks and snacking on whatever high school kids snack on these days or real estate/insurance agents nearby stopping by for a quick, casual business meeting or snacks.

Not the strongest flavored tea but can easily please many people. I ordered a jasmine tea and sea salt coffee and they were good.

Super delicious boba! The location is super clean and pretty with a lot of space to sit down. The service is quick and they offer a lot of different options. I came here the other day to study but they were hosting a k-pop event. It's cool that they do those kinds of things cause it is such a nice space. Will definitely be coming back to study hopefully

This place has the best vietnamese sea salt coffee. They have plenty of seating and the ambiance is great. Their service and staff were amazing :)
