I know dollar scoop Chinese places get a bad rap, but this place is fantastic. We love coming here because the food always seems to be hot and fresh, not sad like it's been sitting out all day. It stays pretty busy which means they have a fresh batch of food coming out regularly. The rice noodles are some of my favorite--subtle and lighter than the lo mein. I love the flavor of the jalapeño chicken even though the texture is a bit tough. The rest of the family loves the sesame chicken. The fried dumplings are also worth it. They come with home made sauce. Add this to your list of affordable quick and easy meals.

Literally 5 small pieces of chicken across 2 scoops of Kung Pao and Mushroom chicken. I feel bad throwing away a plate of vegetables but geez

This evening our family had a discussion. The question was, what is the worst restaurant you have ever been to? Without skipping a beat, my 13 year old son said- this place! It really is the worst restaurant he has been to, and it is one of the worst ever for me. Both of us tried several things and it was downright nasty. If you can't satisfy a hungry teenage boy, something is bad wrong with your cooking!

Best quick Chinese food on this side of Denver. Much better than panda and great quantity. Sesame chicken is amazing, as well as the jalapeño chicken, teriyaki chicken and lo mein. Egg rolls are a must.

I give this place a solid 3. Anything that's breaded chicken & fried is garbage & so is their spaghetti lo mein. It's not Asian wheat noodles, it's literally Italian spaghetti noodles which is really disappointing. What they have that I've tried that's good is their teriyaki chicken, their butter potatoes & their fried bananas. I like to drizzle the bananas with honey because they're not quite sweet enough on their own. I don't ever get their egg rolls or wontons or shrimp, so I can't speak to that. Obviously the main thing they have going for them is their pricing. Their portions are not quite as generous as they used to be, but it's still a good amount of food for a reasonable price. They're always nice & the process is very quick & no nonsense.

I was unimpressed. I will say that the employee was nice, the restaurant appeared clean, and I was in and out within a couple of minutes. However, the food was just so mediocre. I had chicken lo mein and beef & broccoli. Neither entrée had much sauce or flavor. The broccoli was undercooked and almost halfway raw. The lo mein mostly consisted of overcooked spaghetti noodles, three pieces of chicken, and two pieces of onion. I know a lot of you might be thinking "what do you expect? It's a budget restaurant that sells food by the scoop," but I have had much better experiences at other scoop Chinese places in and around Denver. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

I enjoy this establishment for 'fast food Chinese'. Located on the northeast corner of 285/Hampden and Federal in Englewood. It is next to a pawn shop and shares a parking area. It doesn't have a lot of parking spots and some days it fills up quick, but people come and go quick too. They are fast in getting you out the door. They are easy to find, and the food is filling. It is also VERY INEXPENSIVE! I do wish they had Thai tea or other types of drinks rather than soda. Masks are required during pandemic and there is no indoor seating anymore. I'm not sure when this will change, my first visits over a year ago was before the pandemic and it was nice to sit and eat. I recall them having the door open a couple times on a nice sunny day too. Now, everything is covered in plastic and taken to-go. I do wish they had the teriyaki sauce with the chicken. They call it teriyaki chicken, but I rarely see any sauce on the chicken. The wontons/rangoons are okay, wish there was more filling in them too. However, you can rarely find a better price place. I am not sure if you can special order anything like you could before the pandemic. Mostly I just get items from the buffet. I do like the Buddha water feature by the cashier. I have thrown change in a time or two and made a wish. I didn't notice any outside trash cans (wish they had some) because I have noticed trash in the parking lot often. It is disgusting and frustrating that people are lazy or disrespectful to leave trash just anywhere. Take the trash with you and PUT IT IN THE TRASH CAN! I wouldn't try to take trash inside their restaurant though, especially with the pandemic. Could be better, but could be worse too. Overall I like it.

one of the worst dollar scoops in denver. rude and pushy. horrible quantities. probably the first time ive ever seen chickenless "chicken lo mein". not even kidding. clearly labeled "chicken lo mein" yet virtually chickenless, and they use spaghetti noodles lol. the wontons were fire but they truly earned this one star review. no fortune cookie either.

Was rushed as if they were busy when there was no line. I was also very over charged. The people working were very rude. Also found hair in my food

1.35 a scoop is what happen when God tells you he still loves you. Sesame chicken can be best described as a love child between Brad Pitt and Jonny Depp, but the depp of flavor is unrivaled on this side of eternity. It satisfies the ever expanding Pitt of my everlasting longing for Chinese quick service satisfaction. Score: 10 egg rolls/ out of chuck Norris's beard
