My wife and I love New Orleans and were looking to celebrate Mardi Gras, and the new birth of our first child, with a King Cake.Today being Fat Tuesday, and living in Arizona, I knew an authentic and traditional King Cake may be hard to find on short notice. I called Zydeco's first thing in the morning and asked if they had any left for sale. They had 1 left, which I reserved and picked up later that morningThe cake is fantastic. It looks beautiful and tastes absolutely delicious with coffee. The baby inside was a precious reminder of when we discovered we were pregnant on our first trip to NOLA.I wish I had caught the name of the proprietor and her husband who helped me out but they were do friendly and accommodating and helped to bring so much joy to my wife and I this morning.We will be returning soon to try the regular menu!Thank you so much!Happy Mardi Gras!

TastyI've driven by Zydeco's truck often, and just not had time to stop, until today. I wish I would have stopped sooner, this little gem is serving up some delicious food.We order a shrimp po' boy, catfish po' boy, shrimp po' boy, few fried platters, and dirty rice. These po' boys were large full, and spiced and seasoned perfectly. The fried platters were also excellent. Battered but not heavy. If  you're looking for authentic Louisiana creole food, this is the place. The prices are wallet friendly, the food is delicious, and the customer service is exceptional. I xan't wait to go back.

Had a Mardi Gras party catered by Zydeco's and it was INCREDIBLE. Not only were they communicative and helpful in setting up the catering order but they answered all my questions fully. All our guests raved about the food. Absolutely amazing!

Stopped by the food truck today and let me tell you...the Cajun fried chicken was delicious!!! There was enough to feed 3 people. The seasoning and flavor resonated throughout the chicken! Had me licking my fingers!! Broke my diet because the food smelled so good! If you get a chance grab a bite!

AMAZING!! I had the mix seafood PoBoy sandwich and it was so delicious. The sandwich had a generous amount of shrimp and a whole catfish fillet. The shrimp and cat fish are perfectly seasoned and it's not greasy at all. It is good for two people. The owners are very friendly and talked me as I wait for my order. Give this small business a try and support their passion!

Our first time experiencing the deliciousness of this mobile eatery. We first learned of Zydeco's here on Yelp looking for something a little different. The oysters on my huge sandwich were perfectly prepared, as I like them, Juicy with just a touch of spice not overpowered by the breading. Nicely bedded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and pickle.The wife said her platter had a mess of lightly spiced shrimp and a nice full filet of catfish and rated them top notch.Follow them on their Facebook page and get notifications when they might be on your side of the valley. I don't think you'll be disappointed, unless , of course, you miss 'em.

Best food I've had since me and wifey been in Arizona. Nice people, family owned. I will definitely be going back!!

Some of the best gumbo I've ever had. The shrimp platter did not dissapoint either. The seasonings were on point and tasted so good. I called in my order and it was ready when I got there. Everyone was so nice and they definitely have a returning customer!
