Excellent! I live in Cave Creek and this is my go to for Thai - or maybe better said, my go to for dinner! I typically order the yellow curry with shrimp and chicken, It's consistently GREAT and the portion sizes are large and perfect. They have increased their cocktail offerings and have a great selection of wines and bourbons. You will not be disappointed!!!

This Cave Creek spot is a hidden gem. It is literally hiding behind another building so it is easy to miss but I am so glad we didn't. Z's is small (probably seats only about 25) and dimly lit. The soft, comfy chairs face a large bar. This was the first time I have ever been to a Thai restaurant where I was not asked my spice preference. The large portions arrive with minimal seasoning. However, you also get a small container of Z's spicy sauce so you can add your own amount of heat. This is perfect for a wimp like me. I only used one spoonful. Besides the heat, you could discern the spices and peppers that added so much depth. Z herself explained that her spicy might not be the same as ours and that is why the sauce (that she makes) is served separately. My husband loved the basil chicken (he used 3 spoons!) and he helped finish some of my delicious pad Thai. The food was great and I loved the "add your own heat" concept.

Quaint restaurant with delicious food. It was raining out, and the spicy curry warmed me up. The flavor was really good. Friendly staff. The owner comes by and talks to all of the customers. Definitely enjoyed my visit.

1 Piece. Fresh Summer RollsThai Fried RiceI got the summer rolls which were so refreshing after a day in the beaming sun. The service was amazing, my waiter was so welcoming and kind. The decor felt very personalized and intimate, which made me feel at home. I will remember my experience here forever.

A must whenever I come to visit. I have been here numerous times and I'm never disappointed. The staff is so friendly and attentive. The inside is just as beautiful as it looks on the outside. They keep the place organized and clean. Bathroom is always clean and spacious. The patio furniture option is well thought out. Whether you want a high top seating, cushioned seating, or even low table seating and umbrellas provided. Lunch specials are great. Portions are always enough. My favorite is the chicken pad Thai. The sauce is amazinggg. Sauce is on the sweeter side. Noodles are all covered in the sauce and I appreciate that because I don't like to eat my noodles dry. Pot stickers are delicious and once again, the dipping sauce for that is so good lol They actually stuff it. Most places you get more dough than the filling. I always complete a meal with their Thai tea. Just check the place out. They have the cutest decorations too. There's also more stuff to do around there :-)

After receiving a sarcastic and somewhat mixed remark from the owner, I changed my rating to 1 from 2. Clearly she's not looking to improve the shortcomings and there's always an excuse for phone ringing, bad service, we're busy, it's Friday, we had staff shortage, etc., but just to demean customers who don't like the place. As she mentioned in her comment, "No Thai for Sean A", which is a strange and resembling remark to the Seinfeld Soup episode. Perhaps not the best quote and image to display for your business. Will not be going there ever again and you can always give my table to someone else, until they start complaining and receive sarcastic remarks.
