Zoyo Frozen Yogurt Desert Ridge

Popped in three times during a visit to a nearby clinic and enjoyed each experience! Great selection of self-service flavors and topping, plus nice bottled juices to go. Prompt and friendly service. Restaurant is clean, spacious, music not too loud. Great experience. Price per ounce seems high, but perhaps this is average for this area. Bring a $1 or two for tip jar. I'd definitely return. Appreciated the crushed Reese's pb cups sooooo much! Mmm....

We came in to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday and Nataly treated us with nothing but annoyance. I noticed the Valentine's Day/February special, which was in a sign facing me at the register that said 25% off of $20 or more. It was paired with other specials and the gift cards were sitting in the sign holder. I asked about the 25% off because our bill was over $30 and she told me it was just for gift cards so I asked to purchase a gift card so we could get the 25% off and then she said that, that was not for gift cards and that you just had to mention the special. So I asked for the 25% off our order. She gave us $2 off 2 of our 6 cups and said that she could not give us %25 the other 4 because they were not weighed together. It was an awful experience from a customer service standpoint, but the yogurt was good.

We ate at Sushi on Tatum next door and wanted something sweet. Zoyo is clean and inviting. They had quite a few flavors of froyo and SO many toppings and syrups. I loved they had toasted coconut, slivered almonds and waffle cone bits. I don't recall how much per ounce but it was around $10 for our 2 bowls. Quick, fresh toppings, clean and great flavors. We will definitely stop in again! Don't forget to sign up for their reward perks when checking out!

A great place to take a date, your kids, or meet up for dessert with a group. Excellent frozen yogurt flavors and toppings.

Time for the Owner to teach his workers how to run his business! System was down so they could only take cash. Didn't see the sign outside saying so and no mention upon entering. Waited until we got to cashier to tell us. We had no cash, we always paid with credit card in the past. They were going to just throw away the cups we created??!!! Huge thank you to the man behind us who understood my grandson would have been heartbroken to leave without his creation and graciously paid for ours and wouldn't allow my son to Venmo him. There are good people in the world, just not the young guy working the register. (Let's waste it all instead) Just curious, did you try resetting the system?

We were super excited to see this location go in where a previous Froyo place had shut down. However, the experience was a little disappointing. The employees were nice and greeted us when we walked in, and the decor of the place was nice. However, we noticed that the smaller yogurt bowls were empty from the countertop. We also were never offered any samples to try the yogurt flavors. Maybe they were waiting for us to ask them for sample cups, but this is a brand new yogurt shop. The chances are high that your customers have never tried your flavors, so why don't you have someone assigned to helping with samples and refilling empty supplies? It seemed the employees were posted up behind the counter and refusing to leave, regardless of the fact that it wasn't busy at all. I got a mixture of peanut butter and cheesecake yogurt, and my husband got a mixture of oatmeal cookie and cheesecake. The real winner for me was the peanut butter. It's hard to find peanut butter froyo around town, and it was delicious! My only other main complaint is that they didn't have any crushed graham crackers for toppings. I've actually never been to a froyo shop that doesn't have crushed graham crackers. Thats my usual go-to, so I was bummed about that. We'll give this place another try, because I'm sure they'll get better as time goes on since they are brand new. I hope they improve so they can be successful, because it's nice to have yogurt in the area again!

Cute place, and very family friendly. Their are Lots of toppings and flavors. The Froyo hit the spot. Prices are also fair. I'd come back when craving froyo

There is a great selection of flavors at this store including two different tart flavors, several dairy free and nearly all are gluten free. The store was very clean, the staff member was cheerful and the is a small outdoor covered seating area. I had the Euro tart, green apple, mango, and salted caramel with a few Reese's PB cups on top of the caramel. All the flavors tasted very natural with no weird aftertaste or unnaturally bright added colors. The green apple and mango went well with each other as did the caramel, PB cups and tart. It is nice that they have real Reese's, not the imitation ones that some other stores use.

Since coming here, I had to test out other popular yogurt spots, Yogurtini and Yogurtology, in order to give a better comparison. And 10/10 I would drive all the way here to get this frozen yogurt. The frozen yogurt here is completely different than your usual spots. For starters, the flavors itself taste more like real fruit, chocolate and coffee. It's not sickenly sweet and the yogurt here is creamier. I've noticed that I was able to completely enjoy my cup without it turning into yogurt soup halfway through eating it. That was a huge plus for me as it always happens with other places.As an update for the previous review, crushed graham crackers are available as a topping in case anyone was steering clear of this place because of it. They've got some unique flavors and I highly recommend getting the blood orange frozen yogurt. Samples can be grabbed by yourself using the small sample cups provided. The employee on duty at the time was extremely helpful, inside was tidy and welcoming. The interiors are so pretty! Price for a cup is the same as any typical frozen yogurt spot. Definitely worth the try and perfect dessert if you hit up the other restaurants nearby!

This Desert Ridge Zoyo is a favorite of ours and our neighbors. I frequently go in and buy the prepackaged chocolate swirl for my wife and one neighbor. I've gotten the prepackaged mango (no dairy) but it does have sugar. The prepackaged tart is my other neighbor's favorite. It is very tasty but it does have dairy. The prepackaged are $8 or 2/$15. They have a long shelf life-I've actually never been able to store them long because I eat them too fast!!!A few tips... they have a very good points system if you sign up. It's easy to use as you just provide your phone number. Tuesday nights are double points (It's called a slumber party) but it is very busy if you're not into crowds and lots of kids. I've been able to go in, grab my prepackaged yogurts and maneuver around those stopped at the plentiful toppings bar.
