(Zip Fusion goes by Carmel Sushi now)It was our first time visiting for lunch. As soon as we stepped inside, the impeccable cleanliness and eye-catching decor caught our attention. The ambiance had a serene and tranquil energy that set a delightful tone for our meal. Our server, whose name regrettably slipped my mind, left a lasting impression with her sweet demeanor. We would gladly return solely to experience her exceptional service again. In terms of the meal, the food was simply delicious! Also the prices on the lunch menu proved to be remarkably reasonable. Surprisingly, the most expensive item on our bill was the bottle of Sake. We highly recommend!

Plenty of parking. Fresh and delicious . Waiters are attentive. Food comes fast . Greeted immediately.

Whenever I eat at a new spot, customer service and food are the first things I look at. Having said that...ALL of the staff were so hospitable! Everyone greets you as soon as you walk in. Inside the restaurant was really clean and seating arrangement is spaced not too close to each other. We were seated right away and given the menu. Our orders were taken and were given ample amount of time to decide what we wanted.We ordered the miso soup, calamari and sushi. The Surf & Turf and Tokyo Town rolls were yummy! Pretty cute detail - they wrote the name of their restaurant in the calamari sauce. When we paid our bill, the owner approached us. She wanted to make sure we enjoyed our meal which we sure did! I wish I got her name but she said she's been the new owner for a few months now. It started to get busy when we left which means they are definitely doing something right!

Ok so please be aware this place is under new ownership. Since the takeover, this place has improved immensely, to the point that it most certainly deserves five stars on quality alone. If one were to factor in the price, it probably could jump up to six or seven stars, but that's just not possible on yelp.There is an incredibly large menu and everything is made to very high quality standards. I highly recommend that you make your way over here, since the new ownership is really doing things right.

We have been going to Zip Fusion for so many years and for the price I always thought it was a great deal and we found certain things on the menu that we really liked.I absolutely hate to say this but under the new owners, although they have the same things on the menu, they are just not nearly as good. So they raised the price and the quality went down. I am really sad about this because they were so close to our house we ate there on a regular basis.So we are on the hunt for a new place. Really sad about this. We tried to like everything but we all agreed it was absolutely not the same, didn't look the same, didn't taste the same, and not as good for a higher price

Great service, delicious food, not only sushi but all other options. Nice ambiance and friendly staff. Good value for their portions.

Quality fish and fresh ingredients. I got the veggie roll and spicy tuna roll. Customer service was amazing.

New ownership!! This is now called CARMEL SUSHI. What an upgrade and a delight. The interior was redone and looks fantastic. The service of previous zip fusion was often poor. Carmel sushi is all around much better. Happy to have them in the neighborhood.

Came here for my buddies birthday. I ordered the sashimi platter and it was extremely fresh and well presented. Drinks came out super fast. Our entire group enjoyed their food, and they catered really well for gluten free. Service was fantastic, and the owner poured us some birthday drinks, hung up a happy birthday sign, sang a song and comped a birthday desert. It was a fantastic experience and I'll be coming back here regularly.

Everything was perfect 10/10. Highly recommend Star Wars roll! Friendly staff, cozy environment.
