I had the day off and decided to meet up with some friends for brunch with my little one! This restaurant is located in the back of the mall, near Nobu and Francine. They have such a nice patio area, which would be great for the cooler months. Inside, there were plenty of seating options. They gave our table a high chair and took our order. We had really great service for our meal and she was very attentive.I ordered the crispy eggs with prosciutto, which came with bread and a bed of arugula. This was really good, and I feel like a pretty good value for prosciutto ($18.) I also ordered their gluten-free blueberry banana bread for my son. It was nice that the bread was not overly sweet, as most banana breads can be.This was a nice location for our little catch-up, and we would love to come again to enjoy their outdoor seating.

I celebrated a friend's birthday a few weeks ago and the food was delicious. The steak-frites were excellent. The grilled shrimp was another favorite as well as the potato gratin dauphinois. To top it all off, I had the pear tart served with vanilla gelato. Even though the food was great, the service was unacceptable. Thumbs down. The moment I got to my table, I felt as if the waitress was rushing me to order even though I was there for early dinner and the restaurant was not very busy at the time. She wouldn't check in and when she did it was for water refill. Her energy was underwhelming and unwelcoming. The 17-dollar martini my friend ordered also was weak. The presentation was very mid. It wasn't even served in a martini glass. I mean it's Scottsdale for goodness sake lol. It could have been better. It also bothered me that there weren't mocktails or more refreshing drinks during the summertime that didn't include alcohol. The lemonade was mid as well.In the end, when we were all ready to pay (mind you there were 10 of us that ordered MULTIPLE dishes) our waitress handed us our check and combined all of our orders:1. We were annoyed but she said we could split it amongst 10 people max so that was okay I guess...2. Once we began to split and deconstruct the check - we couldn't tell who had what because some of us ordered the same thing and it was all bunched up on the check. So it made it SUPER difficult to separate everyone's orders. 3. One of us went to speak to her when then we found out she was the manager of the restaurant! We were shocked. She was rude, not the easiest person to work with and you would think as the manager of the restaurant she would've been professional and respectful. Nope. A few of us at dinner currently/have worked in the service industry for several years so we usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was just a huge no and disappointment. The manager did bring us shots at the end after we went through all of that with the check which was nice but also strange. I would've expected a discount for our next visit or something along the lines of that. Regardless, you best believe I was still going to write this review about my experience.

The wife and I managed to escape the children and enjoy a little Sunday date night. We try to pick a new place each month so we're not constantly chowing down on the same things every time. Zinqué popped up as a suggestion so it was decided this is where we'd dine. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a pseudo mordern French farmhouse vibe with half couch booths and some mismatched decor. The couches are ridiculously comfortable and I nearly decided that I deserved to take a nap mid meal on said couch despite pleas from the wife that it would be embarrassing!Food was delicious. My better half had Le Bowl with chicken and I had the Steak Frites sub Potato Gratin. Steak was perfectly medium rare and very tender. The Potato Gratin was decadent and rich with lovely savory notes. We also had some fried artichokes (divine) and olive oil cake with crème fraiche on top (also divine). Service was on point (though it was a Sunday night with only one other table inside). Staff was very friendly and polite. We will return.

The ambiance reminds me of a cute French bistro. I'm sure when it's not super hot outside the patio is packed but it was a pretty slow Saturday brunch. We had two drinks. One of the drinks our server did recommend. It kind of taste like medicine but it was pretty. We ordered the rotisserie chicken sandwich with fries. It was delicious.

A fairly good dining experience in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Disappointingly, the service was extremely slow and very up to par. However, the restaurant was accommodating and kind. The food was fresh and offers a wide range of flavors. Perfect portions for sharing and the drinks were delicious!

Located in the heart of downtown Scottsdale with beautiful surroundings and comfortable outdoor seating. We've been to other restaurants in the area and couldn't remember why we hadn't been here before, but we were so glad we did this past Saturday night. Service was impeccable, food was incredible, drinks couldn't have been better (I found my new stout beer) and the dessert was delicious! We will definitely be making more reservations to this gem.Started off with

We had my birthday dinner here with my family. Celian was our server and we all thought he was great. We had everything we needed and everyone had a nice time. The thing I thought was strange was there was no lights on the patio on. It looked closed. There was one door locked and the other was a struggle for numerous people coming in and out. The bathroom was super dirty. Full trash with the dirty towels spilling onto the ground. As we left, Toca, Francine and Nobu all looked like they were alive and welcoming. Zinque looked completely out of place in its space. We tried numerous dishes and the food was pretty decent but the ambiance made me wish I'd have chosen to go somewhere else.

First time coming to Zinque and I was surprised considering it has French inspired cuisine. The food was delicious and flavorful. I had the steak frites and it's definitely something I'd get again. The service was quick and our waitress was attentive to what we needed. The ambiance was dim but it made the whole dining experience feel warm and personal. I do wish there was a wider variety of non-alcoholic drinks available considering there was nearly one whole page dedicated to alcoholic drinks. A great selection of mocktails would be more inclusive to all
