I went to Zesty Bites for the RI Food Fights to get the falafel appetizer. We went for lunch and the place was empty which made me a little nervous, but the owner kindly greeted us and we placed our order. We ordered the chicken shawarma salad, the kafta pita wrap, and the falafel appetizer. We ordered our food to go, but there were tables in the building. We watched everything be prepared fresh which was amazing. It did take a few minutes, but it was totally worth it to know that everything was fresh. The salad was a great sized portion. It had a TON of flavor from the dressing and all of the fresh herbs. The chicken had great seasoning. The falafel were so perfectly crisp and were not greasy AT ALL. They came with a tahini dipping sauce and some pickles. My boyfriend really enjoyed his kafta pita and he kept talking about planning his next trip there while he was eating.I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fresh, authentic Middle Eastern food! The reviews speak for themselves - I'll do your research for you, they have five stars from over 150 people on Google, 4.9 stars here on Yelp, 4.3 stars on GrubHub, and I could go on. It's worth it!

Delicious authentic Lebanese food in a small unassuming takeout shop. This is definitely the sort of takeout shop that is for RIC / PC / Lasalle students, it is quick convenient and affordable. The cheese rolls and spinach pies are my personal favorite orders, although the shawarma style chicken is also excellent. The service is great and the Zesty Bites team are so friendly. This has been a consistent takeout staple for authentic middle eastern food and I am glad to see this under-the-radar addition to the Providence food scene!

Ordered the Genovese pizza, 1st time trying this establishment. The staff were very friendly, order was done on time (pick up). The pizza was excellent, light crunchy crust, ingredients all tasted fresh, I'll be coming back to try more.

You have to try this place. The pizza is the best ! First time I tried the Shwarma and it was incredible. The care they take in preparation and the flavors they have cultivated are to die for. What a treasure for the neighborhood.

We first decided to try Zesty Bites one afternoon after seeing a tiktok of theres appear in our feed, as luck would have it we had a RI Food Fights coupon for their falafel. After looking over the menu I decided to add a Kofta Wrap and my girlfriend went for the Chicken Shawarma salad. The owner had recommended they I add grilled tomato's to the Kofta wrap which was a very good addition to the wrap adding a bit more test and acid to the mix. The Kofta itself was perfectly seasoned and the whole wrap together was delicious. The falafels were also perfectly crispy with just the right amount of seasoning and flavor. Couldn't recommend this place enough for a quick take out Middle Eastern meal.

3rd time here and I'll definitely be coming back. From my previous visits, the falafel wrap and cauliflower wrap were both delicious. This time I tried the Sambousek and the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and both were great. Pizza was cooked perfectly with a nice crispy bottom and crust. The owner is always friendly and the place looks new and fresh. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu.

Do yourself a favor and give this place a try! We enjoyed the old business here but had a few complaints. At first I thought this was just a remodel, but it's actually under new ownership with a whole new menu! The food is fantastic! Excellent flavors and execution. The folks that work here are friendly and easy to chat with, and obviously passionate about offering a great tasting meal. We'll be back to explore more of the menu and encourage folks to give it a try -- you won't be disappointed!

I ordered the veggie pizza, baba ghanouj and the chicken shawarma wrap. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. I recommend this place if you haven't already tried it. Im sad I didn't take a pic. I couldn't wait to eat.

In the area for a volleyball tournament and we popped in to try some chicken shawarma and hummus and were blown away! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. This is hands down the best Lebanese food we've had in all the places we've tried throughout MA and RI!We met the owner who was welcoming and hospitable. A must try!
