Zeeks Pizza

I've been going to zeeks for years, yes, it is expensive, but the pizza taste amazing. My go to are half chicken Thai, half buffalo soldier.I will say, the past few years when I would order the Buffalo soldier, it came with blue cheese, but now they charge me, the pizzas already pretty expensive so it's kind of irritating, but...

First time here , I was so disappointed with the quality of pizza once I got home. First of all the Pizza was not hot or even warm by the time I got home which was a 7 minutes drive. The dough was so tough and so hard to eat. I have been eating Zeeks pizza for over 20 years and this one has ti be the worst of all. Service was ok but nothing special. They have no AC and they kept the from door opened to get more heat in. So it was hot outside but hotter inside. I should have red the reviews before I ordered from the WOODINVILLE store. I usually drive to the Bothell location and the pizza there is good. Also parking is tough. Not easy to find parking. This is my first and last time to this location. Also the pizza has a strong bad aftertaste. The company needs to retrain everyone there from the start and get new management team.

Here's a tip- do not go to Zeeks pizza in Woodinville. The pizza is overcooked and lukewarm, neglectful service and rude employees. We sat at a hard wood picnic table waiting for more than an hour to be served our drinks and much more than that to receive what they call pizza. Much too expensive and non existent service here. Don't waste your time and money. Zero stars.

Pizza is great but service is not. Very open and large dining area. Definitely like a pizza restaurant atmosphere. There was us and another party and the server still took a while to tend to us. There were to go orders she dealt with then a couple came in to sit at the bar. She took our order then went back to the bar. We created our own pie(size medium - 8 slices). Half with red sauce, pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple. Other half with Alfredo sauce, chicken, olives, and Canadian bacon (basically a very thinly slice fresh ham). I ordered a ceasar salad, pop and water also. Caesar salad and drinks came out quick. And the salad was good not over dressed. I went to the restroom and when I returned the pizza arrived. The server did not refill our drinks nor did she bring us any plates to eat. My boyfriend went and got the plates for us since they were out in the open. She watched him do it too then came and asked if we wanted peppers and Parmesan cheese. Shortly after that another couple of people walked in and then a group of 10. She looked overwhelmed. We enjoyed our pizza which was quite delicious. The Alfredo side was good but the ham was overpowering and that's all I could taste by the time I was finished. We were done, sat and waited about 15 min then she dropped the check off and left. Luckily we were able to pay through scanning the QR code so we didn't have to wait for her to return. Pizza was worth it, but service was questionable.

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner from Zeek's Pizza last night. Tasty and filling, fresh and perfectly-cooked. I am happy that there is a Gluten-Free option for the crust. The Gluten-free crust is quite good. I prefer a thin, crispy pizza crust - I feel like the thick crusts often have too much bread vs toppings. These pizza crusts were thin, crispy, and cooked to a lovely golden brown. The ratio of bread to toppings was great.We ordered the "Legion of Shroom" (what a cute name for a pizza :) ) and the "Howser." I loved both of them. Very different flavors. Generous portions of greens on the Howser - basil leaves and spinach - and the red onions added the perfect zing. Generous asiago cheese on the Legion of Shroom, with delicious different mushrooms. I smiled when I went to Zeek's website to decide what to order (we got a takeout order) and noticed that there is an "Adventurous Toppings" Category, as well as a "Tomato Base" and an "Olive Oil Base." The "Adventurous Topping" on the "Legion of Shroom" pizza is caramelized onions! We liked it! Will add a few photos soon.

Zeeks has gone down hill in every way lately, and my experience tonight was the last time we are going to order from them. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas with 1 topping each and waited 45 minutes for delivery. To give context we are a 4 minute drive to Zeeks and the driver drove 20 minutes away to Cottage lake instead of stopping by just to bring a luke warm pizzas to the door. The pizza arrived luke warm to almost cold and the manger had to call the owner to say they would give us $15 dollars off. Why give a coupon when you can't get an order right in the first place?Opening the box it was the wrong pizza and we had to call again and ask for a new pizza, instead we only got a refund after the manager had to call the owner again to see what to do.This is a terrible experience and anyone in Woodinville should not go to Zeeks as they are not customer friendly and the owner must be really greedy or have no confidence in their employees.

I walk in and there is no hostess. After waiting around you wonder, am I supposed to seat myself? I finally see what looks like an employee (but dressed like a junior high student in uggs) walking by without acknowledging us. She comes back to seat us and gives us water. The one other employee on a Saturday night comes up to take our order. We then wonder, who's going to make our drinks? We see her haphazardly clear a table wondering why this is the priority. She eventually makes us our drinks. The facility and bar is so nice. The vibes could be so good here if they played music instead of silence and the employees provided an ounce of warmth or good service. Pizza is good doe.

This was such an abysmal experience. One of the worst Zeeks I have been to. They had one hostess running everything. The front register, taking care of all pickup orders, bussing EVERY table, with zero help. This made the wait time unbearable. I would have had more sympathy for her situation if she cared even a small amount. It took 15 minutes to take our drink order where we were asked, "did we want to order anything?" No, I came here to sit in a booth and do nothing. Then it took another 15 to get the drinks. At this point we were the only table sat, so there shouldn't have been an issue, but here we are. We were brought the incorrect order, no emotion or apology for the fact she couldn't do the job properly. On top of that, my wife's food didn't even come out for our duration there. It took the "cooks" 45 minutes to make the wings, so she didn't get to eat there and had to have them box it up to eat at home. Pizza was disgusting, wet, and didn't seem like it was fully cooked. The manager of this establishment obviously doesn't care, nor do the cooks and staff that work there. Overall, first and last time I will be stepping foot in this Zeeks. Go to Dominos, Pizza Hut, heck go buy a frozen pizza, it'll be a better experience.

I can't express to you how horrible the service is at this place. Mostly mad at myself for coming here multiple times and expecting anything different. 2 employees on a Saturday night, both moping around with terrible attitudes, enter our drink order then disappear for 20 min only to come back and make the drinks themselves. It's really something.Food is good though
