What a great place in our West Town neighborhood..I've had many great meals here. Today I went with the Lentil soup and Chicken Sharma,, Fantastic!!!!I will keep coming back..Very friendly people behind the counter and they do a great job cooking their food..Thanks for another outstanding dinner..Eddie

I fell in love with this place - recently moved to the area and for some reason this was the very first place we tried in our new home and it DID NOT disappoint. So happy we went with this choice & we've had it again since then, that's how good of an experience we had. On top of that, it was delivered, so it wasn't "super fresh out of the oven" and it was still superb. We ordered the chicken shawarma plate with hummus and they hooked it up with the naan bread! Loved it all, especially the portions. My favorite part is that I did not feel sluggish afterwards, like I would with a burger or something greasy unhealthy. Overall, wonderful experience and thank you Zayna's, I will be back soon! If you've never been, highly recommend giving it a go. Personal Review: 8.3/10

The worst food I have eaten in years!!Falafel: dry and under-seasoned - so bad that you needed water to get them down! Chicken shawarma: very dryRice: overcooked, dry, under seasoned Hummus: tahini/oil rancid (notes of blue cheese?!)Baba ghanoush: tahini/oil rancid (terrible)Salad: wilted and miserable Sauces: 1/3, the hot sauce was good the other 2 were terribleMost went in the trash after choking down a few bites of each item. Sad.

Food is definitely overpriced. I had their combo platter and finished my plate. my plate came out to be closer to $25. The chicken, beef and lamb were good. The meat/protein was little dry but the hummus and pita bread was exceptional. Also the decor inside is outdated and the tables and chairs are chipped and stained. The tables are not cleaned so I sat at a table that was a little sticky. I was one of the first ones in there! That means they're not keeping an attention to detail and/or don't care about the customers experience. There are so many restaurants in the area with cheaper and fresher food options.

Ordered for pick up and it was fast and everyone was super friendly. I ordered a drink and they were sold out so they gave me another drink of my choice and and another free drink bc of the "inconvenience!" The soup was big in size compared to other places and loved the touch of lemon with it. The gyro was so crispy and crunchy bc of the crispy pita. My bf enjoyed his combination plate. We are happy to have you in the neighborhood!

Awful service and food is mediocre at best. Staff is rude and less then welcoming. Food has never been priced properly, menus state one price and you're charged 40% more.

Food wasn't delicious to me. I love Mediterranean food and it was pretty average. Portions were a decent size though.

Chicken shawarma was dry, but service was very accommodating and the restaurant was clean.

The food was delicious and you get plenty of it. It's not a fancy looking place, but I don't care about that. The food was well worth it.
