Yumbii Toco Hills

2.5/5Stopped here for a few quick lunch. I ordered the Korean bbq chicken and the panko shrimp. My friend ordered the chicken and fish, both meals with a side of the sesame fries. I personally did not enjoy either of my tacos or the fries. I love how they were cooked but the sesame oil on everything was a bit overwhelming. I could definitely see what they tried to do though. As for my friend, everything was just okay for him. The drinks were the best part. This was a one and done for me.

Oh no, I had been wanting to try this place and now I'm regretting that I did. I ordered the 2 tacos, fries, and a drink combo. The 2 tacos I got, the buffalo chicken and the panko fish, were not very good. There was way too much lettuce and filling, not enough meat. The buffalo chicken was dry and not spicy at all. The hibiscus drink was refreshing but tasted flat. The best thing about the meal was the fries! They were realllly good and they give you a huge portion of them. I thought this place must be pretty good because they've survived the pandemic, but I wasn't impressed.

Snack Time!! Yumbii Fries & Elote... Thats it. I wasnt terribly hungry but needed to kill time. I Paired it with a corona and lime and was off to a fantastic day. You order at the counter, have a seat, and just wait for the delicious food. Great concept here. Quick and efficient service.Small confession... i'm addicted to the fries. I stop by to get some every chance i get. The sweet and savory flavors, paired with the crunch?? Im obsessed! I need to come for meal sometime soon.

I have not been here in a while and glad that it is still really good. I tried the Korean BBQ chicken burrito and I really enjoyed it. All of the flavors were really balanced together and it had a great flavor. I wish that the burrito had a little more spice to it because the rice and tortilla cut the spice. I also wish it was a little bigger or there was a side combo because it is filling but left me wanting a little bit more to eat. The only thing I didn't like was the hibiscus agua fresca but I just might not like hibiscus.The service was good as well. The person who took our order was nice and helpful with any questions we had. I also really like the renovations they have done and it is a nice space. I will definitely go back and try another burrito with a different protein choice just to compare, it is worth a try for sure.

Love the concept and the unique flavors! The shop was clean and had good lighting. There was only one employee working the front of the house (cashier, dine in customers, and delivery orders), and she was doing a great job. Very friendly as well!I ordered the cheesesteak, the sesame fries, a side of queso, and the hibiscus fresca. The cheesesteak was a bit salty because of the stir fry sauce and the queso. The fries were interesting and good! They were sweet and savory, and they came with a side of ketchup that was kinda smokey--it was delicious. I really didn't need the extra queso because there was enough on the sandwich. The hibiscus fresca was delicious. It was refreshing and it had the perfect amount of sweetness.I gave Yumbii 3 stars because although I appreciate the flavor combos, I do think they need a few tweaks to make them better. However, I definitely want to try other things on the menu, and this experience was definitely worth going back!

This was my first time here and not my last!!! I have driven by so many times but when I'm hungry I never remember to go check this place out until now. I went to a taco place and bought wings. lol. I couldn't help it and I'm glad I did. The honey Siracha sauce was calling my name. Listen.... These wings were absolutely amazing. Definitely on point! They were crispy and juicy and the sauce although not spicy enough was still very delicious. I was expecting a slight Siracha kick but it was more honey. I will still get them again! The Korean bbq chicken taco was delicious and very meaty! But the wings were my favorite. I will definitely go back and dine in for my next visit. They have bar and the vibe was very nice. Heads up... they are cashless.

I work in Tucker, and randomly decided to go to Bath and Body Works on lunch. Closest was Toco Hills. I love Toco Hills but always forget about it. I get to the BBW, it's this beautiful stunning complex with all this stuff in it! I do not remember this being here must be new. They had the BBW of course, an ULTA next to it, they had a Kroger, and several restaurants. It was great. After leaving BBW, I noticed Yumbii next door. I was intrigued it looked like it would be good. I had no expectations. Tried it. The food was delicious. I cannot remember what sauce I ordered but I will be back this week to eat here again. They also have fresh house made drinks, super sweet I added half cup of water to it and it was fine, could use some lemons as well, but the red one cranberry maybe, the best! Service was good and it was pretty clean in there and the bathroom. Must try, this place is a quiet low key banger. The Toco Hills folks are lucky to have this, never seen this chain before. really enjoyed my lunch and the leftovers, just as good! 10 stars!

I visited this place in search of a nearby place to work from at the last minute. According to Google, they have free wifi and could have been a convenient option. I was disappointed to find out that they don't have wifi for customers so I opted to order food and use my hotspot. I wasn't particularly impressed with the tacos I had though I can say that they have some fun, less traditional combinations.

The worst service and food. Floors were so dirty and sticky. The tacos are terrible, she told me the chicken pastor had mango on it but it was really pineapple. The fish taco tasted like old tilapia. The fries were the only good thing and even those had A LOT of seasoning it's a preferred taste. Oh and best of all they charge you for a drink but don't have a drink machine. They had sweet and unsweetened tea, and three Agua frescas. All tasted too sweet and not real. They had more alcohol than drinks. Never ever returning to this gross establishment. AVOID

I am so impressed with the tacos that I selected. Everything I ordered was so incredibly delicious!They are brand new in this toco hills location so their menu options and various margaritas will be added soon. Will back be to try everything:)
