I'm not a gin person, but really enjoyed my time here. Chai Maple Old Fashioned was really tasty!

While I lived in NYC Y&Y is one of things I craved...aside from a Cali burrito. I missed the hospitality and the delicious af drinks from Y&Y. I made sure every trip back I had a layover at their distillery. When I moved back I told everyone I wanted to be closer to family but being closer to Y&Y is a close second!First off, they're woman owned and Laura is the epitome of a BAB (yes I follow her on IG religiously). They're also one of the first woman-owned distilleries in the country, meaning they make all the vodka and gin swirling around in those shakers. I was not a gin fan until I had their Sunday Gin. It converted me...but now I won't drink any gin but theirs.Seasonal menus will showcase some special cocktails, for instance their Winter Salad, but there will always be their classics year round like Prized Pony or Rhubarbie's Dream House. If you're entertained by nail polish names you're gonna love reading their menu. And if you love a drink enough they probably have a recipe card of it to make it at home (something that came in handy on the East Coast).Secondly the distillery is such a vibe. You know that friend with the gorgeous kitchen that hosts all the girls nights and parties? Plush seats, marble for days, great lighting and cute glasses to take pics of and post immediately? That's the vibe. I've been fortunate enough to see Y&Y evolve over the years. Starting distilling tours, adding a food menu, hosting cocktail making classes (during lockdown they hosted these online and I could not have signed up fast enough) canned cocktails that now grace the shelves of stores! There are so many memories and experiences I could post here about that feature Y&Y but I'd be robbing you of the opportunity to make your own. So if you're deciding on if you want to stop by for a drink, you do.

Five stars all around for You & Yours. I have been twice -- once a few days after Christmas last year (and the decorations and holiday drinks were so cute), as well as during the spring for a "Boozy Brunch Bingo" event, which was so much fun! I actually won a free tasting and tour for 4, so I definitely will be back before the end of the year. The place itself is so aesthetically pleasing, the drinks are delicious (they have a specialty in gin), the food is always a hit, and the workers are all so lovely. This is the perfect place to grab some drinks and a quick bite to just enjoy company. It is not the biggest establishment, I must say. There are quite a few events that they hold, so I would suggest to follow them on Instagram.

I couldn't love this place more! Their rotating seasonal menu, the comfy atmosphere, and the variety of drink options - I knew there'd be something for everyone in our party on the menu.I'm looking forward to revisiting this place in the near future, when they release their next menu drops!

You & Yours was one of the most informative Distillery Tour I have ever been on! Our tour guide was so informative and made it very interesting and fun! We got to try 6 different types of spirits which are all grape based. She talked about the distilling processed and answered any questions we had. After the tour we stayed for some drinks and apps and were throughly surprised. Even if you do not go to the tour I would recommend stopping by for some apps and drinks! The vibe is insanely cute and they have plenty of seating. While we were there a group was getting ready for a party the next day and I have no doubt it is going to be a blast! The only downside is it's a few blocks from Gaslamp so if you are considering bar hopping, I would recommend ubering!

This review is for one of their private cocktail classes.I booked a private class here with a group of 7. At the time I booked, it was $60/per person for a private one-hour class to make two cocktails + sales tax. It feels pricey off the bat but honestly I thought it was worth it! Such a fun experience to do with friends. All the tools and ingredients were setup nicely for us upon arrival. The instructor we had was great -- she was personable and walked us through every step, sharing information about the various ingredients and tips on how to make the drinks at home. Both drinks we made were yummy, to the point that our group couldn't stop there and ended up ordering more drinks at the bar after our class! They also offer some bites / appetizers, but we opted to go for dinner after so we didn't try any of the food options here.Overall highly recommend this activity!Parking: This is an area of downtown where it's just street parking or paid lots, so a heads up if you are driving.

Visited this bar on a Saturday night. Getting a table for 2 was manageable (unlike a lot other cocktail bars in downtown). They had a strawberry themed festival going on. The ambiance was decorated as per the theme. They also had a special cocktail menu to vibe with the theme. They had a big variety of cocktails, both vodka and gin based. They also offer a variety of wines. We decided to try out a few cocktails because they looked so good! I got the Lavender haze, my friend got the Bahamian bride. My drink had a beautiful foam flavored with honey and IPA. It looked so beautiful with the lavender garnish! The Bahamian bride was garnished with flowers and looked so pretty! Both the drinks tasted amazing!! For the second round, I wanted to get something less sweet, so went for the Superbloom. It was a very unique drink that came with a salt rim. I was amazed by the brilliant flavor. My friend tried out one of the strawberry based drinks from the special menu. It was boozy and had deep strawberry notes. We both had a great time. The ambiance was relaxed and cute. The cocktails were yummy, beautiful and not overpriced. We will definitely be going back. They also do tours and that looks exciting. I can't wait to go back!

You & Yours is a fantastic woman-owned distillery, and what I love most are their creative seasonal events! Strawberry fest has been my favorite so far but I can't wait to check out the holiday decor and drinks. They also host classes which would be so fun for a birthday or girl's night. They have flights which are perfect for splitting with somebody! Now if only they could make a tequila....

This is my second time at You and Yours and again it was an early evening with good food and good drinks. The place is so open and airy with friendly service. I ordered the 90s throwback flight for my cocktail(s). The Y&Y with cranberry was not as tart as I expected and it wasn't as sweet either. It was refreshing and light. The Teeny Apple was sour and I loved it. I think that one was my favorite. The espresso martini was what I expected. It has orange in it, but I was hoping it would be more prominent. As for the food, I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The chicken bites were so moist and the dill sauce with the pickles cut through the spice. I personally didn't think they were spicy but I can see a lot of people thinking the opposite. And the star of the show, Taco Bell egg rolls. For something named that I didn't expect flowers, they were so pretty. So tasty too! The sauces on top took me straight back into an old Taco Bell plastic booth but it was also elevated and made with premium ingredients. I will definitely be back.

Stopped by You & Yours for their Garden Party to celebrate the release of their Spring menu, so adorable! The floral flight was delicious, my favorite was the Superbloom. The Sunday Bunny was yummy and the tiny carrot detail was so cute! It's a beautiful space with so much natural light, women owned, and they take so much care when making and presenting the cocktails. Parking isn't the best but that's downtown San Diego for you.
