Even though this place is the sketch part of the plaza it is good! I was hesitant to walk in when I parked my car, then saw another Asian walk into the restaurant. I was relieved haha and I said okay if this Asian person is walking in we'll be good.Milton/Edgewood area is still new to me and doesn't have many options to take out and dine. A standard teriyaki spot when you walk in and the lady was nice as she greeted me upon walking in.I want to come here when it's fresh and not a to go order. I bet it would be better. This place is better than the teriyaki spot across the street next to Safeway. Better taste and sauce was better too.One growth opportunity for them is the chicken katsu. It's either twice fried or it's really slow and they refry it. The breading is too dark and the slices were really skinny. Give this place a try!

We stopped in because it was Monday and most Teriyaki places are closed on monday. I tried this place about 10 years ago. I did not like than. But I will be going back to order again. I had chicken Teriyaki with fried rice. I would like to try there chicken Katsu from what I saw It looked pretty good.

Possibly the best beef udon I have ever tried.Just moved to this area and was craving some udon and teriyaki. The beef udon was out of this world, it's almost like bulgogi udon and I wish I ordered extra noodles!The teriyaki and tonkatsu was delicious and filling. Will come back!

just got off the plane and placed a order for the family. Got thier in 37minutes to pick up my order and the women says we did not place and order. She was the one i placed the order with!!Found out not the same owner's. Kim no longer is there who we had orsered from for yearssssss...NEVER MORE!!! WE WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Yoko's vibe and food hasn't been the same ever since Kim sold the restaurant. The new owners got a self service kiosk which just doesn't feel right.. Kim really had the customer service thing down. And i think it would've been great if the new owners took the same approach as Kim (there's a reason she was so successful and why she had loyal customers). I will say Ellie is very nice and remembers your name. She is the only one that has shown that same level of service. Food: For a while the food tasted the same (same chefs) but the quality has slowly gotten worse. The egg rolls no longer come with the homemade sweet and sour that was sooo unique, now it's just the packet of sauce bought in bulk. The miso soup doesn't taste the same, or at least today it didn't. The yakisoba looks the same but it was really lacking any flavor. I hope they're not cutting corners to save $$. And I hope they consider the feedback! This place was my go to.
