yogurt time on the wall

This place is closed, it no longer exists. I guess if you like Boba you won't care, because it's a boba shop now...but, I don't like boba, it's weird and gross. So, if you want to spend $45 on frozen yogurt that you combine & top yourself, then you're sh¡t out of luck here. I don't know why they didn't bother to update the Yelp page,

Never one to rate based on a solo experience unless traveling but yogurtime/yogurtme has now provided 6 separate disappointing experiences. The first poor experience was one of poor service; the employee was on a personal phone call the entire time we were there, barely managing to even communicate the total of our transaction. The second was that the business closed two hours earlier than their posted time, with just a sign that said "Closed" on the door. Both of these were on offs, or so I thought. The third time was again one of poor service where the employees were too engaged in dialogue with one another to engage with us at all. We had several acceptable goes after those, so we decided to keep trying.Fourth disappointing experience was that I looked up their hours online and arrived an hour and twelve minutes before their posted closing time to find them already closed. Fifth pretty much a repeat but by 30 minutes. The sixth and last poor experience was tonight and inspiring enough for me to finally sever any desire to patronize establishment again. I arrived 25 minutes before closing. No caramel sauce, no cookie dough, and no credit card machine. I do not carry cash. I suggested, assuming after 12-13 visits in under 6 months that I could pop by tomorrow and pay. The cashier, who phoned her boss, after being on the phone with him making her try to run my card over and over- for roughly 10 minutes, said we can put it in the freezer if you want to come back and pay for it. Um yeah no... By this time, it is also less than ten minutes til close. Now had there been a sign on door to advise of this, I'd have maybe been open to driving ten minutes since it'd have been my bad, but since there wasn't and since we'd both already put our fingers or spoons in the fro yo, I was more insulted than anything. Hope $15 in in fro yo, which I'd have happy paid for tomorrow when I come to Sumo next door to eat their delicious sushi as I do every Friday, that you can't possibly resell, was worth losing usually pretty forgiving customers over.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I just moved here from California, which I'm now finding out to be the frozen yogurt capital of the US, and there seem to be literally ZERO good frozen yogurt places to go to here locally. I'm writing this review and it's 8:14pm on a Thursday, when clearly this place should be open. I'm more than upset that it's not. Bullshit.

Yogurtime is something special! (It is actually my second favorite yogurt spot but could give my #1 a run for its money because of its location.) Yogurtime wins my vote for best cake batter flavor anywhere. The yellow cake batter is simply heavenly! All of the flavors I have tried are very smooth and flavorful but another noteworthy flavor is the watermelon. Try it with mini white chocolate chips, a-maze-ing!Compared to other self serve frozen yogurt spots the topping bar is small but it is also powerful! I would way rather have a small selection of things I can't decide between than a big selection of nothing special. Yogurtime offers chopped up twix bars, I love it!Also keep an eye out if you are going to see a movie at Harkins they have a 3oz free coupon on the back of the ticket stubs.

Self serve is my favorite & Yogurtime had quality toppings and tasty flavors. Other reviews suggest that it was thinner consistency so I was pleasantly surprised to find they were all quite good - I say ALL because they you sample as many flavors as you'd like!

To date I have found 2 great yogurt shops. This first is Cherry On Top in So. Cal. and the other is MoJo's at Phoenix North. Now I have found the 3rd and possibly the best. Yogurtime not only has a big variety of flavors that taste great but a staff that is quick to help with the tough decisions and taste testing. I have been in several times since my first encounter and met Jesse the manager who has made a positive impression each time. His friendly enthusiasm when he introduced himself made my whole family feel welcome. This is a great spot to stop by for a date or after catching a movie at the Harkins across the street. Two big thumbs up for me.

Came here with my daughter, ordered a sno cone. The sno cone was not shaved ice, more like crushed ice bits you get out of a fridge. It hurt her teeth and she could not eat it, and my kid loves sno cones.... When i told the young girl at the front and got my daughter a single scoop of ice scream she charged me again and did not refund the sno cone! after she threw it away. I explained that i will not be returning. Service nowadays where has it gone.

The yogurt was a tad watery, other than that the prices are reasonable and the service was fast.

The two young employees made fun of my family and after paying for the food they hid in the back. No was to be found. The customer service was horrible and the yogurt ice cream was terrible. It was watery and the toppings looked stale. The chairs where uncomfortable lawn chairs.

AVOID!!!!!! Had to check out this place for ourselves after reading all the horrendous reviews, just couldn't believe it. THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE & EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED! We witnessed the RUDE employees make fun of a bigger guy buying yogurt and laugh as he left. We asked for samples before wasting money per reviews, THEIR 'Yogurt' is HORRIBLE! ICE MILK consistency if that. NOT EDIBLE! My stepson tried every flavor just to try to find one that taste good, he said they were all DISGUSTING! I tried 2 and that's all I needed to know. This place is obviously family owned/ran (employees have to be owners kids, can't see anyone else keeping rude employees). We ended up going to YOGURTINI which was fabulous and then YOGURTOLOGY another day and that was perfect.
