Paid by card. Yogurt Lounge is located in a plaza and offers a lot of plaza parking. I went here on a weekday night and there was no one here, so my party and I didn't have to wait. I got the original tart with Dole pineapple with almonds and was happy with the flavors. The yogurt taste and consistency was better than most and didn't taste so artificial. I would recommend this place and would go back.

The ambiance wad immaculate. It was basically a breeding ground for good tlmes. I don't know if there is an employee of the month but the enployee who stood out the most had the best customer service in the whole wide world! Decided to get some froyo today around 2 pm. I was looking for sample cups to try some flavors but remembered that the last couple times I've been here, the cashiers just tell me I can use a spoon to taste-test. So I grab a spoon and try two flavors, and the manager comes out--who, by the way, did not greet us-- and rudely says to me, "you can't use a spoon, you have to fill up a cup." I was confused, because I've been here many times and they have said to sample with spoons, so I ask politely, "Oh okay, do you have sample cups? Can I have a sample?". He immediately goes "No, we don't have samples, you have to fill a cup and buy it." ... so, how am I supposed to know what flavor I wanted?? There's always new flavors each time, too, so it's not like I tried every single flavor already. The fact that this manager was rude and unfriendly made me really angry. I went to the donut place right next to this shop instead and bought a doughnut that was much better than anything I've ever had here. By the way, the couches and table were dirty and gross and obviously never cleaned. Terrible service, terrible manager, badly maintained. What a clown!

So bad! The ice cream tasted like it was washed in a sewage. After trying to get a simple refund, we were discriminated and denied, as they said it was our fault for selecting that ice cream flavor. I've been coming here for years, but I had one bad experience that they were unwilling to fix. Toppings tasted as if they were sitting in those containers for years. Awful service, awful ice cream. Go anywhere else.

I went in today with my family and was served spoiled ice cream. The toppings were very stale, and the ice cream was spoiled. Called and tried to resolve the issue. Spoke With, an employee, by the name of Sammy and another gentleman whom hung up in my face and was very rude. She refused to let me to speak to the manager, and refused to give me the managers name. She was so unprofessional and rude. I've never been treated this way from any restaurant we visited. Left a very bad taste. Customer service is horrible!
