$16 for 2 kids ice creams! Make it make sense. And the ice cream was just sub par. Froyo machines looked dirty and broken so opted for two kids gelatos and paid $16. Go anywhere else, even the grocery store, for better ice cream.

Was walking through the area and my daughter wanted a frozen yogurt. It's setup for self service, but the owner walks around and does it himself. For one yogurt with a topping, it came to $14, mind you, the yogurt was not large by any means. Total ripoff!

The yogurt is fire but the manager is actually a psychomaniac who has an insane attitude. His mom is a lit old lady tho. Someone tell me why they put masks on the second my friend and I walked in, definitely made me feel stinky and dirty. The yogurt dispensers are in the lobby so i assumed i had to pour my own yogurt and asked for a cup, to which the manager sassily replied that he has to do it for me and I quote, "pick a flavor and your toppings. You get one minute" I was super thrown off but..... it was pretty fire i cannot lie. It was expensive tho. 12.60$ for a super tiny cup but thats life.

I try not to leave too many negative reviews but every now and again you run into a place that's just asking for it. First of all, the ownership isn't clear about what their format is, nor how to communicate it to the customers. When you walk in you're left to guess "Serve yourself, or they dish it up?" because the yogurt is on the customer's side of the counter, and yet there are no dishes for you to fill your own. It turns out you need to buy a cup first ( at something ridiculous like $12 ) and then let the person at the counter walk around and fill it.Second, they fill it very sparingly. There's no way this is worth $12 let alone the $6 to $8 range.Lastly, there's the menu. Not only was I unable to find the menu, the people who walked in behind me asked the same question. The man at the counter ( I assume he's the owner/manager ) kept pointing to a dark corner where the machines were hidden and told everyone that was the menu. The "menu" were the notes taped over each yogurt machine. Call me old fashioned but I like an actual menu behind the counter like every other yogurt place has. ( Assuming they're the kind of place that serves you. ) If a place is going to be self-serve then yes, it makes sense to just put the names on the machines but professionally, not poorly written notes with bad spelling.Everything about this place is sketchy. They're in a great spot so maybe when the current ownership has utterly devalued the place into bankruptcy, someone else can buy it and turn it around by being clean and organized.

The food here was great, but the manager (and only emloyee) had a attitude. The place smelled like weed and was really disorganized and messy.

I can't believe this place is still in business. The froyo is whatever but the owners are RUDE and have no problem losing business. I went in there to get some froyo and the woman wouldn't let me dispense it myself. She kept asking me what flavor I wanted and when I asked to do it she said no. I walked out. Very bizarre, would not recommend. I never leave OB but if I want froyo I will now. Froyo should be self serve.

DO NOT GO HERE.The second you walk in, the vibes are BAD. The place is filthy, and there is no visible yogurt or ice cream anywhere, no pictures, no display case, just Scotch tape and printer paper with sketchy flavors written on them and taped up everywhere. The man is insanely rude, I looked around the sketchy place and asked for a sample. He said "no samples, you buy first and then you get to try it" So then I picked out a flavor from the printed sheets of paper, and I asked "can I get this one? Can I please try it first?" He said no you can't try it. There was no visible ice cream anywhere so I asked if I could at least SEE it, he said no. He said I have to buy it in order to even see it. I then asked how much it was going to cost for a small he said "10 for smallest size" TEN DOLLARS FOR ICE CREAM I CANT TRY, or even SEE. I then asked him why it was so expensive he said it's "Italian gelato" and I instantly got a feeling that he was about to go into the back and scoop me some sort of store bought ice cream and play it off like some special artisan gelato. Target is 1 block away and you can buy nice Talenti Italian gelato (a whole pint) for $5. I have never experienced worse customer service and I have never met a ruder person than this man. Never again, worst food service experience that I've ever had.

Extremely unclean, disorganized, and hazardous. I and two other friends went here, and one woke up the next morning with freaking food poisoning. As soon as I walked in, I could tell that the place was extremely sketchy. There are self-serve machines that line the place, but they are completely unusable and there for no reason. On the doors outside the place, the pictures of the ice cream were not their own. They were Google stock photos. On the inside, you couldn't actually see the ice cream they were serving you. There were simply photos and names of the ice cream. When we ordered, the man working there went into the back to get the ice cream so we couldn't see anything that was happening. Also, may I mention that no gloves were involved? The man working there would touch his phone, touch the credit card, then proceed to scoop the ice cream and touch my spoon without ever washing his hands. When my friend ordered a brownie mix-in, we expected crumbs of brownie sprinkled on it. Instead, we got a stale Two-Bite Brownie placed on top. My friend woke up with food poisoning the following morning. I do not recommend ever going here. We were uncomfortable and weirded out the whole time.
