Great place for some quick teriyaki. This location was super clean when we went for lunch earlier and relatively busy. We ordered chicken teriyaki bowls -- the chicken was cooked well (not burnt which is common at other locations). Service was fast.

The beef ingredient in their plates is unpleasant and turns into a rubbery texture making it inedible and gross resulting in us spitting it out. We got out of this place as fast as we could is.

This 3-star review would be 4-5 if Yogis Grill would simply offer GF (wheat-free) Soy (Tamari) and Teriyaki sauce. As otherwise, their many fresh sushi, rolls, and bowl options are flavorful and good value, and their fast & friendly service and clean, bright, centrally located (Scottsdale Rd & Shea) restaurant are a neighborhood gem!

This location was ultra clean! The sushi was great, the tempura was okay. The cook staff was super fast, and the guy mopping did a great job. I was surprised the charged extra for more sauces. The one by my house never does, but I guess that's the Scottsdale way $$$.

It's not the greatest service. I placed an online order. I arrived to pick up my order and had to prove to the same person 2 times that I did place the order. Mind you, it was my lunch hour, and the food was not good at all. I threw it away and went without eating.

Okay, this place has made some improvements over the past few years. While I'm still not the biggest fan, I will stop here occasionally for a quick meal to go. Chicken and beef teriyaki bowls aren't bad for a fast food version and staff have been friendly lately.

We ordered goodies to take home for dinner later. I ordered chicken bowl, beef & chicken bowl. Steamed vegetables and edamame. The establishment was very clean and the staff was cleaning and mopping while I waited for our order. The interior was pleasant and the staff very helpful as well! When I arrived home the order was still hot and I was pleased with the presentation. The vegetables were mostly cabbage and a few bits of broccoli, and carrot- but it was delicious!! Very fresh- all other places have been over steamed and frozen vegetables!! Great job!! The meat meals were delicious and generous portions. The edamame unfortunately was terribly over cooked and tasted old. Which surprised me considering the other vegetables were fantastic! Nice job for including the the yummy sauce, maybe one more would have been good!! We will revisit since it's fairly close to Rio Verde.

Well...I thought I would be a lifelong customer here. I visit frequently because it's the only option for dinner I have after work. I walked in at 8:55pm and noticed customers STILL EATING in the lobby. I approached the counter and the associate (Emily) shook her head no, and said, " sorry were closed". I looked over at the customers eating in the lobby and asked Emily with confusion, "so you guys close before your posted business hours?" She replied, "we stop serving at 8:55pm"....I find that interesting, because I've been coming here for over a year after I leave work and I've been happily served until their (actual) posted closing time of 9pm. Horrible customer service! Choose another location for your meal, this location can't seem to remain consistent, or even stay open and staffed with employees.
