Apparently, we got there before closing and there was a very mean very extraordinarily rude employee. They don't wear name tags so I can't call her out here. She wouldn't let people use the restroom even though it was 15 minutes before closing because she had already cleaned it. And then exactly at closing, she just told everyone they had to leave even though they let them order food. It's not like we knew when they closed. It's across the street from the Footprint Center and a bunch of tourists were just there trying to find something to eat. She also locked the gate to get out of the restaurant with a bike lock. People were still eating inside. Some people hadn't even gotten their food yet. She made a big fuss that we asked her to unlock it so we could leave she should not have a job.I ordered the Katsu chicken and it was actually OK.

Tofu bowl comes with nothing but rice although it's pictured with vegetables in the photo menu above the counter. Super disappointing, tastes inedible. I asked about the vegetables and was told I had to ask for them while ordering. I was given an option and I thought I was getting what I pointed in in the picture I wasn't offered any vegetables as a result either.

Great service and less than a block from the Footprint Center! That's right something healthy to eat and drink with quick service. I had the sushi that's hit the My husband had the chicken and beef bowl that's was more than plenty (large) with a beer for less than $15 Less expensive than arena food for sure. Highly recommendWe will definitely be back!

Ordered a tofu teriyaki bowl with brown rice and veggies for delivery. Tofu had a nice light crisp to it. But the vegetables could've used some seasoning or could've been stir fried. The tofu bowl didnt have the teriyaki sauce or sesame seeds as pictured on the food app, so I called the restaurant. They were kind enough to have someone from the restaurant deliver the sauce separately. Appreciate the prompt action to correct their mistake! 5 stars for Great customer service!

I've eaten here a few times when I was working downtown and since DT has its dining limitations, I tried it out. My orders have always been hot and complete. Taste was satisfactory and I feel the price reflected that. Now that I no longer work downtown, I would not seek this out to eat.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! I walked in with an order for about 12 different entrees and sushi rolls, each with specific requests--some needed no sauce, others had dietary restrictions, and so on. The menu was so enticing that I ended up ordering quite a bit for a group of people, but I was taking my time deciding. Despite the lunch rush, the cashier was incredibly patient, courteous, accommodating, and helpful. She took the time to understand my preferences and flavor profile, which I really appreciated.To my pleasant surprise, I received my food in under 20 minutes, even with such a large order during a busy time. The cashier was so sweet and even apologized for the slight delay, though I was perfectly fine with it. When I got home, I couldn't help but admire how amazing the food looked--I ended up taking photos of every dish before diving in. Even though it was a to-go order, each item looked beautifully plated as if it were meant to be enjoyed in the restaurant.And let me tell you, the taste did not disappoint! The rice was perfectly cooked, the sauces were a delightful blend of sweet and savory, and every dish was expertly garnished. As soon as I opened the containers, the aroma filled the room--it was heavenly. Plus, everything was packed properly, and they even provided napkins and cutlery, which is often overlooked by other restaurants.While the food was incredible, what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. I believe other restaurants could learn a thing or two from them. Whether you're dining in for sushi, grabbing a quick takeout meal, or ordering delivery through Uber Eats or DoorDash, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.
