Have gone to many locations before and this is the worst. Got food today there and the salmon looked undercooked and my tempura shrimp was hard as rock. Threw my receipt away, or else I would have gone back. Would not recommend this location- or maybe it was the people who made it, either way. Highly disappointed and shocked.

Love the food but absolutely no customer service in this place. According to my receipt the clerks name is Jessica. No "hello", no "thank you" or even "have a good day". The only thing they know how to say is, "Anything else?" Next time, I'd rather drive an extra 15 mins west to the other Yogis where they at least smile when they talk to you.

Very good selection of food choices with large portions. Service is always quick and courteous. Been eating here a few times a month for about 3 years now and have never had a less than 5 star experience.

I'm giving it a 3-stars instead of 5 because the dine-in experience was a bit confusing lol my friend and I walked up to order and there was like 4 teens, in super plain clothes, like sweats, no work shirts or nothing... just chillin behind the counter talking. My friend and I looked at each other like huh? We figured one of them had to work there because they were behind the counter lol but they just looked at us weird lmfao so we walked back and looked at the menu while trying to figure out who was the one that was supposed to be working lolFinally, a teen/young adult male, motioned for us to walk forward so we did lol and we placed our order and waited. Our food came in about 15-20 mins later, which is long if you ask me... We ordered sushi lol I wouldn't consider it too busy, but the teens were playing around, delaying the process. The male that took our order was kind, offered to re-clean the table we were sitting at, and asked us if we needed anything, which was great. But, I just Ewwww really feel an adult, adult needed to be there to supervise lol But, the food was good, as always! I love Yogi's Grill, and I'd definitely return!

I got the chicken and beef bowl here and it was delicious! Perfectly cooked and good amount of sauce. Customer service was fast and efficient. Good atmosphere to be around and very chill spot to hang out.

Just ordered food. Full roll of spicy California roll it came with no ginger, wasabi, or soy sauce. Salad, had no dressing. Beef yakisoba and the noodles are dry. The only great thing about the order was it was delivered by DoorDash!

we ordered a salmon bowl w/extra salmon - because them little fillets the give you isn't enough- They charged an extra $8 for the extra salmon but did not give extra salmon. I called about it and they told me I'd have to bring back the plate , uneaten. I understand the polici and and all but ain't nobody about to drive all the way tf back over there so I can probe to y'all you fucked up my order. a phone call should be enough. I will gladly drive to another yogis for future orders. Ain't nobody got time or money for this bs. Pay attention and do your job right the first time around. I see why y'all have less than 3 stars. Smh.

This franchise has slowly gone down hill, I used to love this spot back in 16-19 , times have changed and customer service is not the same. Almost feels rushed and not welcoming anymore. The food is bland and lacks flavors, ordered udon vegi noodles and the broth taste like water. Ambiance shows rushed cleaning, doors are messy and tables are scattered looking... haven't been going back for a reason eventually no longer will be a customer.
