Yi's Chinese Restaurant

I'm an absolute Chinese food snob and like to try as many different places as I possibly can. Let me start by saying this food is by far the best I've ever had!! You're not gonna find the bland, super Americanized Chinese food here. The food is authentic, fresh and delicious!! Portion sizes are very large and their prices are amazing. I've yet to have a dish from them that I haven't loved. Something to note about the actual storefront though, it's not much to look at as well as don't expect to be able to walk in and eat inside. While they do have seating, it seems to be just a few tables for people to sit while they wait for their to-go items. It also seems to be family run so don't underestimate the kids at the front taking your order...they know exactly what they are doing and do what they do very well!As long as I live in the area, I'll keep returning!

Oh lawd. The reviews are correct. Don't sleep on this place. Don't worry about how the lobby area looks. Don't worry about the area it's in. After reading reviews it was like ok let's check it out. Initial walk in of the place was like oh crap I should not be eating here. Didn't seem very welcoming, menu board doesn't work, just felt a little off. Decided to give it a shot anyway and dude their food was on fricken point!!!! Seems like a Family run business as the kids were taking orders and then doing homework in between helping customers. Again, kinda sketch but try it. Oh forgot to mention fricken great prices too!

I've visited this restaurant several times and to date, I STILL haven't managed to snap a picture of my food. Why? Because it's just so good, I don't even think about grabbing my phone, I just want to eat.This restaurant gives you the classic mom & pop shop feeling and seems like it's family run. Everyone who helped me was so incredibly kind and helpful.I think this might be the best Chinese food I've ever had. The orange chicken is a must for me as well as the beef lo mein. I also really enjoyed their Mongolian beef. It has a very unique sweetness that is hard to place and different than any other I've had before. The fried rice is always a great accompaniment to any entree. Best part about this restaurant, is it's very affordable and quick!

CHINESE PRICED RIGHT!!Decided to pick this place up on the way home. The order was ready on time as quoted. I ordered the Orange Chicken and Mongolian Chicken. I was very satisfied with the portion size for the price. It is about the size of a Panda Express plate and pretty much the same price. While I prefer Panda's orange chicken, the Mongolian chicken was tastier than most. It had a very please subtle spice to it. Overall, I would get it again.

Small hole in the wall restaurant. It is family owned and it's cute because the kids are helping the parents and take turns attending to customers. The food is delicious. Plus the servings are good size. This is my go to place when I want Chinese food. Food is made fresh so takes a bit longer.

Food isn't great. Unfortunately, it was really greasy. More so than usual. Service is fine. Nothing made us want to go back

Impressed by this fantastic establishment where the food was delivered to me fresh and piping hot. The lunch menu is vast and comes at a very affordable price. I was able to quickly grab my meal and head back to the workplace without any hassle. The service was prompt and efficient. Ample parking spaces are available both in the front and in the parking lot, including several designated for handicap access. The only drawback is that the seating arrangements resemble more of a takeout place. I must mention that the Mongolian beef was simply outstanding!

Family-run gem which serves consistently great home-made chinese fare. Still exploring the menu but the classics are done VERY well!

Always come to this place when we want Chinese food, never disappoints! The wait is worth it because the food is always fresh and plenty of leftovers as well which we love. It's family owned which makes the service more authentic. If you get impatient waiting for food then don't come here but if you don't mind waiting then this is the spot!!

Great customer service and food as well. Cheap and made fast. I always get the Large Beef fried rice, Orange chicken, and Crab Rangoon. Good
