Ordered:Yifang fruit tea with green tea jelly, hot. 1/5- It tastes so strange, I really should've looked more into what was in this drink, but given it's their recommended drink with their name in it, and they are a fruit tea place, I thought it'd be a good choice. It tasted like hot apple juice with a bit of orange, plus a lot of old very crunchy passion fruit seeds. The green tea jelly is not like the little strips of firm lychee jelly, but is instead more like a very soft grass jelly texture. There was a light green tea flavor, but it's not prominent. Friend got their coco berry special, which tasted like hot chocolate with a small hint of strawberries. Not very special and didn't taste very good. Hopefully their other options taste better!

I loved the Yifang Fruit Tea from the UW location so I wanted to try new items when I came across the Chinatown location. In short, I would not visit this location again as nothing was up to par.Yakult Passion Fruit Green Tea - Got 70% sugar but it tasted like 100+% sugar even when I added ice.Mango Sago - Lots of sago but barely any mango flavor. I would suggest the Mango Freeze from Hong Kong Bistro instead. Yifang Egg Pancake - Custard flavor was not prominent. The pieces looked nothing like the pictures advertised and were all covered in black specs which I suspect are from an unclean pancake maker.

My partner got a peach tea with lychee jelly and really liked it. This place has several spots to sit and seems clean and air conditioned. I believe they might also have a bathroom for customers which is a plus and not necessarily common in the area. You order on the kiosk and then they call out your number when it's ready. They did greet us cheerfully when we came in though so I'd say the service was good and pretty speedy from time of order to pick up.

Second time here! 1st time 5/5, 2nd 3/5. Still trying to go back and try more!Note: I feel like their drinks in the summer could use more ice because both times ours got a bit less than cold. Finally tried the peach cheese foam drink (center) because they were out last time! It was ok. 3/5. The peach chunks were from frozen so had an interesting texture, but I didn't like the flavor combo of the cheese foam and peach (love them separately). My friend liked her taro sago, I thought it tasted like rice pudding lol

Worst Yi-Fang branch I'd been to. Took 30 min for my mango and sago smoothie to be made and it was made wrong, still. Sooooo slow. I should have just gone to Hong Kong Bistro for the same drink. The workers take their sweet time making the drinks, as if other people's time does not matter.

Standard milk tea. I really used to like YiFang but I think now that I keep coming here and hoping to be blown away, (only not to be) I'm starting to realize it's not anything special. I used to love the pineapple green tea but the last time I got it was super disappointing. The last time I popped in for a basic black milk tea, same thing, it was fine but sorta watered down, lacking tea flavor. Boba was good but I'm not sure I would pick this spot anymore, especially since it takes so long to get your drink.

I actually had never been to YiFang before and came across this location that opened up late last year in Seattle Chinatown. Since it is renowned for their fruit teas I decided to get one instead of a classic bubble tea.-----Pink Guava Fruit Tea (红心芭乐梅): $5.95.For the drink customization, I selected ice free and 30% sugar level. Mistakenly I had thought adding boba pearls (for $0.50) would be fine, but it turned out to be an odd combination with the fruit because of the brown sugar. Otherwise the pearls were fresh and chewy. As for the guava drink itself, I liked that it clearly incorporated real fruit. It was full of fresh pulp and chunks. The main drawback was that it was so dense with pulp that my friend described the unappealing consistency as if drinking "wet paper". I preferred the chunks, except they didn't smoothly go up the straw and clustered at the bottom.-----Orders are placed on kiosks that allow to only a single additional topping. Drinks were fulfilled quickly and indoor had a few open seats as most people did grab-and-go. I would be interested to try the popular Mango Pomelo Sago next time I visit a YiFang branch.

I walked in a Thursday late afternoon and ordered a pineapple green tea, less ice, sugar free, with lychee jelly via the order touchscreen. It was my first time here so I really enjoyed having multiple menus scattered throughout the store so that I could figure out what I wanted to drink while waiting in line. There were 4-6 customers ahead of me, so I did not receive my order for 15-20 minutes. There were two employees making orders so it wasn't a terrible wait. My drink order was good except I asked for sugar free and I could still taste a moderate level of sugar when I took sips of lychee jelly. I am unsure if the lychee jelly was bathed in a sugary syrup that the shop itself did or if it came from the manufacturing company. I wish the employees would've notified me about the lychee jelly having sugar in it. Nonetheless, my drink was good. I would order the same drink but forgo the lychee jelly, or any jelly, to truly minimize the amount of sugar in the drink.

We got the hot version of the black glutinous rice red bean coconut milk and super trio milk tea- nondairy. Both were really good and tasted great. I personally liked the black rice more and wished there was more of it. Otherwise, the space is pretty small but has cute vibes.

I recently visited Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea and had a mixed experience. I ordered a Black Milk Tea with pearls and a Passion Fruit Green Tea with pearls. The flavors of both drinks were good, and the pearls were soft and chewy, although they were a little on the hard side. However, my experience was marred by several issues. The service was average at best, and the customer service was mediocre. What really disappointed me was the discrepancy between the prices advertised on their menu and what I was actually charged. When I brought this up with the service girl, she told me that they hadn't updated their menu to reflect the current prices. There was no apology for this "oversight," which felt very dishonest and misleading. It's frustrating to see customers looking over the menu without being informed of the price changes. They had "coming soon" stickers for some drinks on the menu but couldn't bother to put a sticker indicating the price change. The price increase was minimal, and I would have still ordered, but the lack of transparency is unacceptable.Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place due to their dishonesty. They need to improve their customer service and ensure their menu accurately reflects their prices.
