Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea - Sammamish

Easy to order on touch screen kiosks and customize the sweetness, ice, and toppings. Plentiful parking in lot and friendly staff, with lots of tables inside to sit.Boba pearls are plentiful in portion and have a softer chew texture. It's pretty good but pearls are smaller than I prefer and too soft compared to other shops.Fruit teas are flavorful here and would recommend!Peach Fruit Tea plus boba pearls at a 50% sweetness was lovely (4/5 rating). It came with peach piece chunks too and had a tart finish. Definitely packed with fruit flavor and refreshing Taro milk tea plus boba pearls at 50% sweetness was disappointing (3/5 rating). The nice thing was it came with real taro chunks, but they were awkwardly sized (a little too big) and the milk tea seemed to just be plain white milk with the taro chunks at the bottom, plus the boba pearls to drink with a straw. I could tell the ingredients were good quality but I didn't have an enjoyable beverage experience with the chunks and unflavored milk, either choking on firm taro chunks or the straw getting clogged by large pieces.

This place is always solid. Decor is super cute and as soon as you open the door you get that yummy sweet smell. You can order from the screen or at the register. They have so many options of tea and are consistent

With Yi Fang being the prime place for tea in Sammamish, this has become a go-to for many local residents. They specialize in fruity drinks, but of course also offer milk teas, blended drinks and more. Based on what I've ordered over this past year, my experiences have been all over the map, but tend to be more on the positive side of the spectrum.+ MANGO POMELO SAGO ($6.80): Although on the steeper end, this is my favorite drink that I've had from here so far and I'd definitely order repeatedly. I see why it's so popular! This isn't actually a tea, but a creamy and refreshing mango smoothie with bursts of juicy pomelo bits. The sago (like the pearls in tapioca pudding) gave the drink a nice texture too. It's also caffeine-free which makes it a nice afternoon treat especially for those like me who are easily susceptible to the jitters. 30% sweetness was perfect in my opinion. (9/10)+ SWEET RED BEAN SAGO LATTE ($6.80): This one took a few sips to grow on me. The bean flavor is pretty mild, which is not surprising since red beans don't have a super strong flavor to begin with. I got mine sugar-free which turned out to be fine as the beans have some inherent sweetness already. However, perhaps selecting 30% sugar would have boosted the taste a bit. Overall the drink tasted more milky with a red bean essence. (6/10)+ PINK GUAVA FRUIT TEA ($5.95): While I praise their use of real fruit, I don't like my drinks super chunky. There was just WAY too much pulp in this tea, almost like someone mashed up a guava in my cup. The taste of the tea was completely masked and not in a bright fruity way. It was surprisingly tart and just not for me. Only order this if guava is your favorite fruit. (3/10)+ MATCHA BROWN SUGAR BOBA ($5.75): It's very aesthetically pleasing with distinct layers of matcha, milk and boba, but make sure to mix it all up before sipping! The drink tasted like a green tea ice cream and was pretty rich. I got 0% sugar which turned out to be just right since the boba was already soaked in brown sugar syrup. As much as I love boba, it filled about half the cup which was just too much. The pearls were super soft and on the verge of mushy, so that was also a little disappointing. (7/10)Service here has been pretty consistent with reasonable wait times even when there were a few people in front of us in line. Interaction with the staff is fairly minimal since you order and pay using the self-service kiosks, but whenever I head to the counter to pick up my drink, the employees always thank me for coming in. While the drinks here have been hit or miss, I am willing to keep trying more off of the vast menu.

Delicious!! We stopped to try the new local spot and were not disappointed! We tried the black and green milk tea with boba (pearl) and LOVED the flavor of the fresh tea and boba. It did take a minute for as little people were in the store but I know they've just opened. The black tea has a lovely flavor, the boba are soft and flavorful and sweet, and the temperature of the drink was just right. We are used to large pearls, so the small version as the only option was a surprise. We look forward to trying more options and are so glad to have a local choice on the plateau!

I love yi fang's fruit tea!!!!!!! Such a good alternative to boba (trying to get rid of tapioca belly.... )This new place is very spacious inside. Also plenty of parking outside. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. Me and the group order bunch of different flavors to try out and was able to adjust sweetness level. My favorite is fruit tea because it's very refreshing and sweet! They put real fruits inside and these seeds add such a great texture to the drink. I definitely recommend everyone to try this place out!!

This place is adorable. It smells great and the one drink we got was delicious. I'm not usually a fan of boba so I would ask for a little less next time. Other than that it was awesome. They have have a little kiosk to order from and a counter.

I think the drinks are incredible! The owner was very nice and we were able to get our drinks on time. Ordering through the app was very convenient. I love the mango sago pomelo drink

Special stop here to order the drink I love along with the Red Bean pancakes! They have alot of cute local artist stuff that was superb to see as an option to buy here. Cute key chains, and darling cards. Owner gets my business over Redmond 100% so much more kind and clean and spacious

Have not eaten here the bobba and selections are really good. Service is really fast and friendly. Place is really clean. Our new go to.
