I stopped in for the first time this evening. The place was empty, and I've no idea why. The staff member who took my order and brought my food was incredible. He was attentive, polite, and efficient, but he also told a Halloween-related joke every time he came back. It's so nice to have a server who so clearly enjoys their job.I had the sesame chicken. It was crispy on the outside, tender on the ibside, just as it should be. The egg rolls (I had a side order, 2 large rolls) were delicious!The crab Rangoon was one of the best I've eaten. The egg drop soup was fine, hard to excel on that dish.I give Yan's 5 stars and a hearty recommendation.

Drove all the way from Buckeye to get food from Yans, ordered Orange chicken and shrimp fried rice and chicken lo mein. The orange chicken was not cooked all the way the inside was very chewy and the shrimp wasn't cooked. Called the location asked if we can get a refund was told that we can come in. Went to the location now the lady had such a bad attitud. Yans in Goodyear will never get my money again.

Words can not describe how disappointed I am. My grandma bit into a piece of vegetable and it was molding. Yea, the serving time was relatively quick but that's the only pro. It was empty when we got there and the phone was going off multiple times, echoing in the room. The interior was bland and it was very dirty.

We felt like chinese food, and this place was open on a Monday. My family was disappointed in there meals they wanted the soup so had to eat in. To much breading on the shrimp and the noodles my brother in law ordered were tough.I don't know how noodles can be tough but that's how he described them. They brought home a bowl of orange chicken with white rice for me. I am disappointed that there was no sauce on the chicken just a little bit of orange garnish. I found some Thai red chili sauce in the fridge so I could eat it. The chicken was just okay. They would have to get a new cook before I'd eat anything from here again.

Roaches in the container they put the food in. Didn't notice them until dinner was over as they were under the inner flaps of the box, they crawled out between unboxing and clearing away the containers.Restaurant was less than helpful, laughing about it.

I came. Paid $70 for my food. Set outside on the Patio. The server came and kicked us off the tables while we were eating. They still have people inside waiting on food but he couldn't let us finish. I have never been treated like this at a food place. Never. I drove 30 mins to get here. That was my last visit to this place:

Their service is exceptional. I've came to this restaurant since high school and now bring my family here (wife & mother of 3 now). Today I realized I've never reviewed one of my favorite places. We got Singapore noodles & double cooked beef w/ a side of white rice. JUST WOW So delicious! MUST TRY IT! Our favorite dish!! My husband and I had a lunch date and stopped in. Since 2012 to now the owner has not changed. She still gives service as if it were a new restaurant. We appreciate the family owned business and service. Thank will forever get our business.

The food was cold and not at all what I expected. The portion was small and not quite enough for a child. Employees were not curious and ignored the customers so they could talk amongst themselves. I was very upset with service in this restaurant. I recommended people to go to other restaurants for their meal.

We usually go to yan's off of Thomas rd and their orange chicken is AMAZING. The one we had here was very soggy and drenched in sauce. The server was really great and the place was very clean compared to the other one.
