Opened 4 years ago, momma pop restaurant all the way. Food - on point with flavors my husband grew up in Flushing, NY. *beef noodle soup, $14.95- hand shaven noodles were tender. Beef and the tendon could have braised a little longer, not super tender. Light in flavor, had tomato in the ingredient. * stir fried rice cakes, $14.95- traditional fried rice cakes. Only cabbage and green onion as veggies. The pork strips were tender. Minimal in ingredients, worked well for our kids! * orange chicken, $14.95 - I enjoyed the sweet sauce. Chicken fried mid way style between American Chinese and Chinese, medium batter level. Service- nice service. small restaurant, 4 people working on a Sat afternoon. Lady is limited in English. Food came out fast! Ambiance- very relaxed, casual. They do have a couple large tables for 8-10 ppl seating. Location- in strip mall with QFC, near Tapatio. Has plenty of parking. Value- portions were good in relative to their pricing and quality. Recommend- I would come back for the flavors, Hong Kong homey flavors.

Small place, but nicely laid out and decorated. TV played playoff football game, nice to see. My first time here after wanting to go for years. They donated food for the local Newcastle Lunar New Year celebration and it was gone in a flash, so we stopped in afterwards with another couple for a meal. They have two Chinese-trained chefs that know their stuff. All our dishes were great! Started with fish & sauerkraut soup- my wife and her friend ordered-I didn't even see the menu! Cong you bing, Fried tofu, Chongqing chicken, cumin lamb, and a Singaporean style noodle dish. We shared a bottle of Columbia Valley Merlot that was surprisingly good with the dishes. There was a constant stream of takeout traffic while we were there, pretty good for a Sunday night. Now that I've broken the ice, will be a regular stop!

We found out about Yangs Kitchen pre-pandemic. The Chong Quin Spicy Chicken and Chow Mien with the Hand Shaved noodles have become our go to to go dishes. The service is always prompt and with to go ordered always correct. The restaurant space is comfortable and the staff is always friendly and courteous. Over the pandemic we supported Yangs as much as possible and we're glad to have a local restaurant available to frequent. Thank you for staying open and staying safe.Today we have to pause as prices have gone up and portion sizes have gotten smaller. We completely understand and will continue to support small business yet not as frequent as we had in the past.If you have not given Yangs a try I do recommend you take a moment to enjoy some very authentic cuisine.

This review is about to-go food packaging. Restaurants should not be using Styrofoam for takeout food. There are so many alternatives and they are no longer cost prohibitive.Yang's food is delicious and their service prompt and pleasant. However, they need to stop using Styrofoam (which shows the recycle symbol of "6" inside a triangle, see photo). Note to administrators: I do not know how to remove the "Food" and "Service" tags for this post.

I frequently passed this place on my grocery shopping trips and was always curious to try. My only regret was not trying sooner. Szechuan Crispy Fried Fish - insanely delicious. Crispy and light batter and packs a punch in flavor. I ordered a level three but definitely could have went higher. The spice was decent but mild if you really enjoy the Szechuan experience. Salt and pepper squid. - thick but super tender. No long chewing required. The mild yet perfectly seasoning of salt and pepper were perfect. The eggplant was soft and soaked up all the deliciousness.

We had take out from Yangs kitchen during the pandemic and was not terribly impressed. So glad we gave this restaurant a second chance! This time we were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress informed us she had 3 people in the kitchen and in what seemed like a blink of an eye our food arrived. We had the garlic String beans and the cumin lamb. Both were fresh and flavorful. Will definitely be coming again!!

Came here for a pick up order. I ordered a Szechuan Seafood noodles with egg noodles and the portion was huge. I love the amount of food that was given. The soup was definitely spicy but not the type that would make you choke which was perfect. There was a lot of fresh fish balls in the soup I think which was good but I did wish there was more variety of seafood. The restaurant was empty when I walked in at 2 P.M. it could have been a weird time but my food was ready the moment I got there. I would definitely come back for a quick take out order.

This is a decent local Chinese restaurant. The food is amazing and feel in Asia. Chow mein is excellent, and salt baked chicken is a must order dish. Also Thai Fried Rice delicious.
