Tl;dr my go to for quick delicious soupThis spot is one of me and my friends favorite spots to go after a cold day in the mountains. Being able to pick our ingredients and make our own soup bowls is fun and everyone is able to get what they want. The soups is always hot and delicious and warms us up after a long cold day. I saw they also offer dry seasoning and after tasting a friends, I might give it a try next time!

If you're feeling hot pot, but you don't want to pay too much, this is a great place. Here, you get to choose your own ingredients, priced per pound ($15.99, I think), and there's two choices of broth. We always get the spicy beef broth. I think there's a minimum weight that you do have to hit but typically about 1 lb should be sufficient for most people. The tables move fairly quickly and they've gotten clean up down to an efficient level. The fact that Lucky Cube is opened up within the store is a nice touch after a heavy and spicy soup! Great option for the Seattle cold and rain.Knocked off one point because I'm not sure how good the quality of the meats is nor how sanitary the ingredients bar is but can be overlooked because of the price!

Food is good. Environment is clean and modern. Staff is efficient. Upon entering you grab a bowl & tongs, and grab what you want out of the fridges. Then you queue in line to weight your bowl, select soup base, spice level, and pay. You can then grab a seat and wait for your bowl to be done where you can add toppings. I love the concept of grabbing what you want and customizing it to your liking. I will say their broths are not my favorite but I do love the selection of items. I would absolutely visit again!

Very simple concept; pick your toppings, they will cook it up for you, and you'll have a big bowl of soup.Came here because a client told me he's a fan of their broth. You get 2 options for the base broth, either tomato or spicy beef. Be very very careful in how much topping you add and if it actually will go well together because you get a big bowl to fill it up with and it's very easy to overfill when there's a variety of selection to choose from, but once they cook it up, it can be too much food if you filled it up with every single carb, protein, and veggies. It's $15 per pound which is plenty of food for one person. This is located in that Lake Hills plaza where the libruary is, very easy parking. It shares space with a dessert place which is very convenient if you still want to stick around after dinner. I like how there wasn't a strong hot pot lingering smell afterwards since you didn't cook it yourself. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

Super delicious spicy beef broth! 1st time here and was very impressed with the flavorful broth. We had tube option between 1-3 level spice and to be safe I chose 1, which was perfect. The price is quite reasonable as well at $14.99 a lb. Good selection of items to add to the broth and service is fast. Parking is also really convenient with a free lot and no issues of finding a spot. Definitely want to come back here again and try the skewers. When we went there were none available.

I haven't had this specific style of food before! You grab a bowl and ingredients, and they cook it for you! (I thought they would give you a pot and you cook it yourself, but no.) I think I kind of did it wrong because I thought it was a hot pot, next time I'll get some noodles. My friends were able to get full on noodle bowls for about $11, which is a pretty excellent price! As an aside I think it's fun that they have egg tofu as an option, egg tofu is great!(It's actually $14.99/lb, and minimum weight is .67.)

The raw material (veggies, meats, seafood) is undeniably fresh beautiful and clean - however when you pile them all in a cauldron-like-bowl they cook everything to death which in turn leaves your leafy vegetables beyond overcooked and fish disintegrated into a million pieces... Will I return? Sure!! But I'd be careful to separate certain ingredients

Came around 1pm on a Saturday and it was very crowded! All tables were full when we got there. When you first get in, you grab a bowl and tongs to pick out what you would like in your bowl. The veggies seemed pretty fresh and there were a wide variety of items. You can pick between the beef broth or the tomato broth (not spicy). You pay for your bowl and wait in line to get seated. Was seated 5-10 mins after paying. The bowl is also self serve pick up at the window and there are sauces available. Wish the sauce bowls were bigger! I had the tomato broth and it was very yummy. The bowl was very filling as I was able to pick a variety of things such as bok choy and udon noodles. My bowl was around ~$20. I would come again! I recommend this especially during the rainy weather. The

Amazing concept, amazing food, and amazing service. We arrived on a Saturday night, pretty close to closing. The place and the parking lot were packed. There is a hidden garage with more parking, but it's easy to get lost in the garage LOL. At YGF, you pay by the pound, pick your raw ingredients, choose your soup base, and then boom. Soup. The variety of ingredients is superb: different kinds of noodles, fish balls, seafood, meats, vegetables, mushrooms. The variety of soups is less superb: only spicy beef or vegan tomato. Although both are really good. I got the tomato soup which is super fresh and flavorful. I especially want to call out the service here. We had a large group order of 7 different bowls and different soups. The kitchen accidentally mixed up two of our bowls (I ordered tomato, but got spicy beef, someone else ordered spicy beef, but got tomato). I told one of the ladies in the kitchen about it and she super graciously swapped our soups. I think in order to not waste ingredients, they just rinsed out the soup of each and then replaced it with the right soup. They also said that if it still wasn't good, to let them know and they could remake it from the beginning. Super nice and helpful
