Excellent casual spot for fresh, buttery, teriyaki salmon, fried rice and crisp veggies. Love that it comes with a cup of yummy miso soup. Huge servings. Eat in the cozy restaurant or get take out to easy meal prep for 2 meals. Everything I've tried has been good. Definitely a go to for a quick healthy meal in Nashville. Across from Vanderbilt and less than a mile from downtown. Easy parking and great friendly service.Included in Taste of Nashville accepting Commodore Cash for Vandy students.

The place next door had a line and I was in a rush so I popped in here.Service was fast, food was fresh, and good size portion.Comparable pricing to area restaurants.I got teriyaki chicken and they gave me a free soup.Veggies were nice and crisp and it was enough food to take home for leftovers.Staff was nice and place was quiet.

I was walking and saw this place in a strip mall. It looked good, not fancy. The lady at the counter had a huge smile and was very welcoming. The ramen looked good so I got the Tonkatsu ramen with the Charsu pork. It was amazing. The broth was rich and silky, just the way it's supposed to be. The egg was perfectly cooked too. The mushrooms were good as were the bamboo shoots. The noodles were just right. The portion is big, but not too big. The prices are also decent. This little gem is well worth it. Seek it out.

Ordered teriyaki beef with egg noodles. Menu says 15 dollars. Came out to be almost 20 dollars. Noodles don't even feel cooked. All stuck together at the bottom. Doesn't even feel like a whole dish. Noodles are so bland it's incredible how dinning hall food can be more flavorful. Beef taste like salty rubber. I could probably generate electricity with the amount of times I have to chew. Vegetables are just sad. Those portion sizes with that flavor for 20 dollars, I'd rather eat dining hall food for the rest of my semester than go there once again.

Food was amazing! Not a ton of seating inside. No seating outside. Got the teriyaki chicken and the spicy ramen. They serve large portions.
