WTF: Where's the Food?

Seriously, bomb. Had the jalapeno popper burger - it was literally like a perfect jalapeno popper and a perfect burger had a baby. Delicious. Service was fast and friendly. And Fringe is a sweet place and fun environment to kick back with friends or watch a game in Ferndale. Definitely go.

I stumbled upon this new food truck on social media last week, and just knew I had to check them out. I found out they were going to be hanging out at Fringe Brewing in Ferndale on Saturday, so I headed on up. I was delighted to see that their menu included great, beer friendly food, like burgers and fish and chips. But I was especially excited to see one of my favorites, clams and chips, on their menu too!While I waited inside with my Fringe beer, the clams and chips soon arrived, served atop a huge bed of fries and accompanied by three essential sauces ( ketchup, cocktail sauce, and tartar sauce). A small cup of coleslaw and a fresh lemon wedge completed the appetizing scene.The clams were perfectly cooked, and I gobbled them up. The slaw and sauces were good as well. The fries were a little soggy for my taste, though they sort of reminded me of the fries at Dick's Drive-In in Seattle, so if you like that style of fry you will probably love these. Personally I prefer my fries a little more crispy.Overall it was a great meal, and went well with my Fringe Porter. The service was on point as well. A husband and wife team we're doing the cooking, and another family member delivered my food. It's great to see a family-run operation slinging out some tasty grub. I will definitely seek out this truck again when I find it at a brewery near me. I would love to try those clam strips again!

Wow! So delicious!! Best burger I've had in Bellingham! (We had the Bleu Burger)They were at the Trackside food truck/container area down on waterfront. Great fries as well! We'll definitely go wherever they are when we want a burger. Next up~I'll be trying clam strips and fish n chips. Happy to have found them!

Let's just add one more five star for this awesome food truck. We split a two portion fish and chips. The coating was super thin and super crunchy and the fish was the star of this recipe! I don't care for fish and chips that the fish is buried in thick greasy batter. NOT the case here. The fish was beautifully flaking light and delicious! Family owned business. Although I don't know why anyone would order anything but the fish apparently they are also well known for the Orange chicken and locals were coming in for that dish. This is a don't miss if you want outstanding halibut and chips! Conveniently parked at the brewery which made our stop and extra bonus!!

Wow !!! We are so happy we stopped in today !! The bacon blue cheese burger is Out of this world ! This place is filled with friendly fun people who do an amazing job cooking in a food truck . Highly recommended!

I stopped by on a late Friday afternoon at Trackside and enjoyed a great cheeseburger. For $14, you get a delicious cheeseburger with all the fixings, plus ketchup and a generous amount of yummy fries. This filling meal hit the spot and paired perfectly with my Kulshan guava apero. The convenience of this food truck, plus the prompt service, fun ambiance, and overall delicious food make this place a win in my book. I look forward to returning and trying their other menu items.

Extremely disappointed in the fish and chips, it was VERY thin and very dry. The chips were dry too, like they had been under the heat lamp for quite a while. Not worth the money!My disappointment in the fish and chips should NOT reflect on my past experience with WTF's burgers which was FABULOUS! I will go back for a burger but swim away from the fish!

Always love their fish& chips! Large portions, not greasy, very fresh. Same with their fried shrimp. Great people! And they have the very best fries. I don't know what they do but you get a large amount and you can't stop eating them all!

This was the perfect lunch for a great day in Birch Bay! Parked outside Beach Cat Brewing we combined their tasty treats with good beer. We had a large group and ordered 9 different menu items, and each one was delicious.
